Such an awesome place to sit down and grab a casual game of Magic or Pokemon with friends. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and a fantastic inventory of games of all types. My son’s favorite spot to hunt for cool Pokemon cards.

Just came in to buy a few booster packs. Told him I just started collecting a week ago. Customer service was bad. He was only interested in ringing me up and getting back to his game as fast as possible. You would think customer acquisition would be important to a new store. Also if your looking for new sets of pokemon tcg it's cheaper at best buy. They literally sell their pack at the high end. Will not go back.

The store is great as the offer a wide variety of product and have been hosting events throughout the week. I come to play Magic the Gathering and Yu-Gi-Oh! where the players there are helpful in teaching how to player better and has been a great vibe so far.

Came into Games of Livermore, and had a great time with Steven and talking about Magic: The Gathering. He even help me with a Commander deck I was working on to help with Synergy of the deck to help with land draw. Draco was also extremely help and knowledgeable. This place a great crew and decent prices.

I used to come here before it was bought out by their current owner. The current owner stole all the products of the original owner and has left the owner with the old lease and no product. THIS PLACE IS PROFITING OFF OF THE WORK OF AN OLD MAN who put in years of bringing joy to people’s lives. Shame on this company. And the customer service is below par above all else. Shame.

Love the atmosphere, before they branched off from their previous store I would travel to redwood because of the toxic environment, but now that they are their own entity with their own vibe the store is so welcoming and the community is so much nicer!
