I didn't even know this spot existed. I came in to find out about pokemon cards and how I know what's what in identifying my cards.Being I just started this pokemon collecting with my Son I don't know nothing anything when it came to being able to accurately know what I have. Jesus was the one who answered my call and told me come in. This Gentleman was awesome. I know a lot more about what to look for in a card. I bring in a thrifty fund and was unlucky with some of what I found. But Jesus and his colleague on shift with him made sure I felt like a winner when I left. Can't wait to share with my son what I have learned and can't wait to bring him here. To Jesus and the other gentleman on shift with him thank you. Definitely be coming back here cause of the hospitality given to me. Your store is awesome. Thank you.

Came here looking for Warhammer but was mislead by Google (Google maps says they are a retailer of Games Workshop).

Regardless, area looked well kept and the merchandise was fun. One of the few shops that doesn’t just cater to the normie anime fans.

Absolutely awesome place! They allowed our online community to host a Neopets anniversary party in their venue, the space was awesome and they have a great supply of gaming goods. Staff members are super friendly.

They tried to charge double msrp for pokemon because "that's what TCG Player sales were at". Didn't know this shop was run by another website. Manager was also very rude. Won't go back ever.

Truly poor business ethics. The men working on 9/28/24 ignored potential customers and ripped others off who were trying to sell cards while talking shit and being wildly unprofessional at the cash register.

I had scoped this place out, excited to check out a different Pokémon league space as we're visiting from Columbus, Ohio, and moving here next week. But I quickly realized that this is not a friendly establishment.

I waited in line just now at the counter, my boyfriend stood behind me. A kid was attempting to sell cards, but the cashier was being an absolute prick to this poor kid. As I'm deciding what Pokémon card packs from behind the counter I want to buy, talking about it with my partner, the guy at the register looked right past me and addressed only my partner, asking if he wanted to buy anything. He said no. I'm still standing there, in line, when another person comes up with something to buy. The guy at the register addresses him, helps him make his purchase, and turns back to the kid selling cards and talks to him with such an unprofessional and snooty attitude my jaw dropped! I'm still waiting in line, several minutes later, when more people come up to the register and I'm still ignored.

So I left, and I won't be returning.

Be kind to your customers, and don't ignore them for whatever reason you chose to ignore me and not any other customer who just so happened to all be boys/men.

Kinda small and not a huge selection of TCG cards. Staff are nice, but it’s mostly sports cards and puzzles?

They were friendly and polite. We visited just before the big blizzard hit in December of 2022. They had signs out that were later ironic (a sale for the storm that never was...it eventually was). There are a variety of items including puzzles, games, figures, and cards It is a smaller store, but has a lot of variety.
