I've been going to Game X Change for years. The staff is always friendly and eager to help me find whatever it is I might be looking for. Their selection has definitely grown over the years. Only downside is as old retro cartridges and cds get older. Their Regular Nintendo to N64 selection has slowly dwindled. But I highly recommend! From Comics, to movie buffs. Theirs something for everyone.

First of all, I have been going to Game-X-Change since I was a small child. So, that's been going on about 20 years. Until now.

I walked into this particular Game-X-Change wanting to sell my collector's edition of Arcane: League of Legends season one. I went in not knowing how much it might be worth. The person behind the counter looked up results on eBay then said he had to step away to call his manager. The employee then came back and told me to keep the box set.

The employee then explained to me that the results he was looking up ranged anywhere from $300 to $1,000 at that time. He stepped away to call his manager because he was uncertain on what to do. The manager then called his boss who told him to "call it the regular box set and offer me $10."

I don't know who needs to hear this, but Game-X-Change is not the same as it was when I was a child. Hell, maybe it is. I don't know. They will offer you waaaaaaaaaay less than your item is worth. I believe even a regular pawn shop would give me more for my items.

The point is, DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS, OR ANY GAME-X-CHANGE!!!

Staff are super helpful, but I would try to sell your stuff on Facebook if it's a bigger item or worth more. Double check cost of games online while shopping too. Some hidden deals but also so overpriced junk.

So wanted to start this with a good note. So game exchange is an amazing place to get games for affordable prices. This game exchange is one I've been to this place for a couple year and had no problem. But today I didn't understand why I was offered 5 dollars for 8 games Iwanted to trade in for credit, 3 ps2 games, 2 ps3 and 2 xbox one. And one of the ps2 games is Resident evil code veronica and it was one of the highest value games. I know because of my research. So I recommend people go to any other game exchange because they so have poor customer service aswell.

They are rude. Accused my grandson of returning a game to the Little Rock store. He had the game in his hand. Owner became loud an accusatory to my grandson. They buy games back for pennies on the dollar, then resell at their regular store price.

I was just in there trying to buy a wireless headset,and the girl that was helping me has a very poor customer service. She stopped helping me to go help another customer that walked in,I was still trying to buy the headset in my opinion that is very disrespectful. I will never go back there to be treated with disrespect.
