Raul and his team are amazing! I contacted Raul about my switch Oled being repaired, out of all the professionals & want to be top notch consumers, Raul was the only guy to give my switch a chance at a new life nd done so successfully. He gave me a price the same day I brought it in & offers a lengthy time period for you to retrieve your device after repair at the exact price stated.
Story: my switch Oled was hammered to death by my sister and everyone I took it too or asked about repair said that they wouldn’t touch it or felt there were cracked cpu components and the system was bent so they wouldn’t waste their time. I reached out to Raul as my last option looking for a savior and he responded with of course just bring it in! The rest speaks for itself!
My Repair cost was $155, im not sure exactly what all was done but I was hoping for a simple house swapping and battery replacement as my guess before i reached out to Raul. THANK YOU AGAIN RAUL YOU R A LEGEND!!!!! U EARNED A NEW CUSTOMER FOR LIFE!!!❤️

Brought into their store a PlayStation 2 Slim that was having disc reading errors and they were able to fix it in a timely manner. I have since tested it and the problem it was having before is now gone. They simple replaced the laser disc reader and charged me 55$ but I paid 60$ for a job well done. I would highly recommend them as they seem to know what they are doing when it comes to fixing old consoles and I sure know I deeply appreciate their help fixing my baby.

I took my sons Nintendo switch to another repair shop for a broken charging port. When I dropped it off, it was powering on and staying on. I was called two days later and told that port was changed but not staying on so no charge and there was nothing else they can do. When I told them why now it's not staying on I was told that maybe my son shorted the board. Really? It was powering on and staying on when I dropped it off. This CHAIN shop ended up damaging the console even more. So I searched for repair shops and took the device to Game Over Video game the same day and told the owner, Raul what happened. Right away he pointed out that the port that the other shop installed was not the right one because there was a noticeable gap. He kept the device and the very next day he called to tell me that the mother board was also damaged. He repaired both issues at a price that was less than what I was going to pay at the other CHAIN repair shop for just the port. I definitely will use this shop again if needed and recommend them to friends/family. Thanks Raul for your good work and honesty. My son is very happy

Had an excellent experience with GAME OVER. I needed my motherboard replaced on my Nintendo GameCube and they were able to get it done extremely quickly and for a very reasonable price. Not to mention everyone I spoke to both on the phone and in person was very knowledgeable and super friendly! They also had an awesome selection of vintage games for sale! Would happily give them my business again -great shop!

I just wanted to say that I'm so happy I had found a place where I can bring my consoles to get fixed . Long story but my daughter's birthday was recent and I decided to get her a Nintendo wii as she wanted Wii sports to play , sadly the refurbished system I had bought from an online reseller arrived and the discs could not be read for any of the games I purchased . My daughter was sad , but after I told her that I'd take it to get fixed she couldn't wait to play . Fast forward this store had the nicest staff and were very responsive to updates regarding my console repair . The repair was not only affordable but prompt in the turnaround time . This is a true gem in the Chicago area for sure

I found out the Liquid Metal from my ps5 had messed up so I took it to this location. They were very nice and patient with me. It took less than a week to get it repaired. This is definitely a great place to get your system repaired. Such great service and very affordable prices.

They were very helpful, explained what was wrong and fixed it rapidly. On pickup they tested it before I left to confirm everything was working properly. The also have a lot games for all consoles. Highly recommend coming here and am telling everyone to come here.
