I cannot recommend them highly enough! I’ve always picked up cheap workout shoes, usually from the outlets. But I’ve been walking and running a lot more recently, and my feet were feeling it 😮‍💨 I decided to give Georgia Game Changers a try this morning. As soon as I walked in, I was impressed with the selection they had available. Carlee greeted me and offered to measure my feet for size, girth, pressure points, etc. She then made several recommendations based on my data and brought them out for me to try. She observed my gait and offered that they did have special fits available if you happened to pronate (overrotate) your feet. However, I didn’t need them based on what she saw. Once I picked a shoe, she then let me pick from probably 7 different color options that they had available. She helped me check out and I was surprised that the price was lower than what I had been expecting! Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a great pair of shoes and great customer service, regardless of your fitness level. Bottom line—well worth a visit and you can see for yourself! But as someone who typically does everything I can to avoid customer service interactions, I could not have been more impressed and grateful for their expertise!!

On 2/14/25 i brought my son in to buy him a good shoe. The customer service is AWESOME I don't think I even want to go to another shoe store ever, besides Game Changer in Richmond Hill! Both the guys helped my son out so much. All I can say is thanks!

Bought my last couple shoes at big box stores but decided to try a different shoe and experience this time. Game Changers was a perfect choice. Helped me pick new styles to suit my needs. I forgot how great a running speciality store is compared to chains. The employee was very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend and will be back!

Go in for a shoe fitting. A fitting is the best thing I ever did. They will recommend which shoe brand and type is the best for your foot. Be sure to get a great pair of socks. I love the full cushion Balega socks! Worth the money! I would rather have two quality pair instead of ten crappy pair!

This place is phenomenal. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, their equipment is state of the art, and they have the best selection of shoes, gear, and accessories. They are also very active in the community and sponsor so many groups and clubs in the schools. I highly recommend them.

I had a great experience here. Even though I clearly only run from fires and bears, it wasn't intimidating. The gentleman took scans of my feet and helped select a pair of shoes that will make my feet not die on the concrete floors at my work. He listened to my concerns and explained what about different shoes was better for my situation. Plus there were two dogs there - which automatically gets five stars from me 🤣

Game Changers is a great store to come in and get the attention you deserve for your feet. All day every day we are on our feet so finding a shoe that can assist you and help your body feel better is always good! If you are looking for a good shoe at least go in and get your feet scanned so you can see what type of shoe you need there machine is very accurate in telling your arch, which side your favoring and all that it also recommends shoes that would suit you! Definitely a good experience and will be shopping here anytime I need running, walking, or hiking shoes.
