I walked in with a 90’s gen 1 Traxxas Nitro Stampede that had been sitting for an unknown number of years. Although they don’t work on nitro RCs, they really helped me get on the right track. They had a great inventory of parts that fit, even dug up and through in a a new carb, a few other classic spare parts and gave me tips on how to get it started. I got it running like a dream thanks to them. . They went above and beyond to help me out and I would highly recommend them for any of your RC needs.

Let me start by saying I have gone to many hobby stores in my local area and was extremely dissatisfied. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to Gallimods To purchase a beautiful carbon cup off the recommendation of Kyle behind the counter who is incredibly knowledgeable. This was a step up from the few planes I already own. I took the plane home but experience the mechanical issue from the factory. I contacted Kyle and John and they assisted me immediately with warrantying the unit. I was so happy with the situation. I wound up spending even more money the next day when I made the drive back. What a great small business and definitely worth the trip from anywhere.

Great store and helpful staff. The owner keeps the inventory fresh and will order almost anything you you can imagine. They are currently working on the track in the back and will be race worthy soon!

Awesome service! Spoke to John over the phone about a product I wanted. I just wanted to confirm it was in stock and if he was able to send it priority mail. Awesome staff and awesome place! The GO TO spot I think around for RC related items and MORE... Came in on a Saturday afternoon with an older RC truck not running. Less than 100$, it was good to go. They also went out of their way to find me a cover for the controller which worked well being so old. Thanks again!

I'm very new to the RC life, but live my life in the mechanic world. I have a very out-dated drone and wanted to get it flying again. After about the 12th website I visited, this place actually had my motors in stock. I purchased both sets of motors (since they are getting rare,) and asked if this business could mark which ones are which, because I have no clue.
Less than an hour later, I received a personal phone call on asking what my needs were. I explained I was extremely new to this hobby and he walked me through that the motors are labeled clockwise and counter clockwise. He went into further detail on wiring and how I could tell a difference and what to look for.
Most likely 7pm in his time zone and he didn't "need" to provide that type of customer service.
So not only did I find a place with rare parts, but I also found a place who provides top shelf customer service.
My only disappointment was that I couldn't find any shwag (hats/shirts/stickers) to buy.
My shipment was dropped off at the local USPS within 2 hours. I cannot give these people enough credit.
I'm going to buy an RC car just because I've wanted one and their prices are excellent.
Above and beyond. This is a perfect business.
