Had an awesome experience. The sales team were extremely attentive and very helpful. I had flown in to Salt Lake with my carry gun and the optic was no longer working after the flight and they were kind enough to have a holosun tool so that I could take the battery compartment out And we found out that the battery had prematurely diet on the flight and they gave me a new battery for free they were so generous and didn’t want payment. That is next level customer service.

The stock and selection of guns was awesome and it’s always good to see a gun store like that downtown in a big city especially as they’re so few of them these days as many have been forced to close shop as antigram people don’t want to see gun stores downtown.

I purchased a suppressed short barreled shotgun from these fine people. UPS somehow screwed up delivery & returned my weapon to Gallenson. They apologized profusely & upon its return to them quickly reboxed & shipped it out with no further issues or cost. #1 customer service & a very nice selection of NFA items. I would not hesitate to do business with them again!

I've always considered myself a friend of Gallensons but the staff seem to get less and less cordial each time.

Great selection of guns and ammo but limited and on the pricier side. Hoping for better experiences going forward.

This shop is a long standing institution of the Downtown Salt Lake Area. I would consider this to be the finest gun shop in the state with the most knowledgeable smiths and staff available. They strive to keep desirable and effective firearms in stock. As well as, heaps of any caliber you need. Was happy to see the friendly face of my college history professor behind the counter as well!

Honestly I always find everyone in here very helpful, friendly, and informative. They also sneak in deals all the time, so always best to keep eyes peeled while in store!!
