Gaby's is a nice place for a variety of Mexican cuisine options.

We stopped in for lunch and tried two of their lunch specials, chicken enchiladas and Chile Relleno stuff with beef. Each came with rice and beans.
The enchiladas came with your choice of green sauce, red sauce or mole. The green sauce was delicious.

All the food was hot and very good.

Our waiter was excellent and very friendly and attentive.

The inside has a cool vibe and very clean.

We celebrated a friend’s birthday here. The place is so clean and the staff wonderful. The food was outstanding and leftovers for lunch. I had #28 it was delicious. The desserts were scrumptious and big portions. This is the best Mexican Restaurant we have ever been too! We will tell everyone. Thank you for such a wonderful memory ♥️!

I haven’t eaten at gaby’s in a couple years, but google keeps harassing me to leave a review, so here it is.
The paella was phenomenal, every single appetizer was amazing and the margaritas were on point. All waiters and waitresses were very kind and professional, even the owner/manager came over to check on us. The whole experience was perfect.
As I’m writing this, I realize that I need to get back there ASAP! Because food this good is hard to find.

Excellent beautifully prepared Mexican specialties with top quality fresh ingredients, wonderful welcoming service, great cocktails and beverages, a relaxed stylish atmosphere. Warm, open decor. Located at the heart of Ellenville’s lovely downtown area.

I went to Gaby's with my friend who lives just around the corner and she treated me to a strawberry mojito. It was strong, but super delicious. Lots of mint, too! And the chips and salsa are amazing. The salsa in particular is dynamite, highly recommended. If you want an extremely cozy place in Ellenville to get great drinks and food, go here. <3

The food and the atmosphere are fantastic and we love the colorful decorations! We arrived at about 5 pm and was able to get a table. My Chimichanga de Puerco was so pretty that it was a shame I had to cut into it...but too delicious not to!! Very flavorful. Hubs got an amazing looking plate Chorizo - Mexican Sausage Tacos and said they were delicious. A Mariachi band played while we were there...we had a great experience!
