Have loved this store my whole life but had the same issue as a few people in here. Bought some shirts here a few months ago and noticed a $12 charge today for VIP, which I never signed up for. Customer service said I was signed up for the free trial, which would've been done without my consent because I don't do rewards programs anywhere. They said they canceled it but I'm not so sure, will check back in next month.

lol i don’t understand all of the reviews on here saying they didn’t know they signed up for the VIP, when i signed up i had to agree on the pin pad for the 10% off the associates told me about and had to sign before i was even able to do my purchase. the stores closing so it doesn’t matter, its just a little silly and stupid that people don’t know they’re signing up when they literally can’t make a purchase before they do. sounds like a skill issue.

They don't want to unsubscribe me for the vip service. The owner of the store, who I gave my debit card number, don't take care at all!!! So I have to pay a service I can't even use, because took bad all the data!!
Not a serious business!!! Don't give them any sensitive data like your card number.

Of all the stores in the Mall, this one was the most noteworthy. We found the cutest movie/music merch. There was such a large variety of things you could find from edible candy, to shirts, to music, to crazy collectibles, to keychains & stickers, to even super miniatures. Awesome store, friendly staff, and glad we stopped in!

Scam! They will take you card info and lock you into a $12 a MONTH "membership" without properly asking or warning you that it is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel. Had to get a new credit card escape the scam.

I subscribed to the premium and it's impossible to cancel, charginge every month. The owner don't take care of that, and still charges me every month.
Not recommended at all, not serious business!!!!

Very courteous staff. The only reason I rate it 4 stars instead of 5 is because every t shirt I wanted, there were 5 all together, were not in my size. My size is very common. Large. Yup. Covid or not, you have to have size L shirts. The staff was very helpful as well. ?

I like the increase in vocaloid stuff. Special thanks to the cashier who said he liked my style, that was really cool and I like your lanyard. Sorry I bought the mimikyu figure before you. Also liked the worker who sat on the counter, they were p cool too
