I went into the store for my first time about 2 weeks ago on the weekday and the guy worker was treating me as if I was going to steal? I was holding underwear and automatically asked that he can bring it up front.everywhere I was looking he would look what I was doing which made me feel uncomfortable. Why have the buzzer on the door and still be treating everyone like thieves?

My wife and i love this store after 26years keeps the relationship stays spicy. Customer service is great we have become regular customers. Love that my wife doesnt get uncomfortable when she gets in the store since everyone is so welcoming

So I went in to the store yesterday purchased a lingerie dress got home tried it on and the straps on the side broke and I stay in Tehachapi so instead of driving all the way there not knowing what was gonna happen I called and asked them what can they do & they literally told me they can only give me 10% off on another outfit. Why would I spend more money on something that probably would do the same exact thing. Horrible definitely wouldn’t shop there anymore!

I love the place & I love the variety. The downside is, I was not made to feel comfortable! I was the only one in the store tonight, the entire time, the cashier stared at me while I was deciding on what to purchase. It felt a little creepy and made me feel very uncomfortable. I will NOT come back!!

They aggressively demand for your ID soon as you come in . An the cashiers stare you down an watch your every move in the store makes you feel extremely uncomfortable. Your better off just ordering things online than going to this place
