I like the layout of this store better than Dove Valley, believe it or not. Small store. Next to Home Depot and behind Circle k. Produce selection could have been better. Oranges were not good and only had a few available to choose from. Apples were a little more expensive and didn't have very many options to choose from. Purchased $200 worth of groceries and saved $50. I will definitely return again. My only complaint would be that the shelves were not fully stocked and neither was the produce and that was a bummer. Ended up getting less than I planned on getting because they were out of some stuff.

Only fry’s location I have issues with, my reward number never works. Employees don’t give a shit just put in any number which defeats the purpose of couponing. Lost some savings. Brought this up with customer services, they don’t give a shit either, saying that my total didn’t at up to $75 to get $10 off. My total was $80 before the coupons, tried to explain that my number didn’t work and the employee put in a random number. Still didn’t care, just left. Never coming back theirs closer competitors to my house with better prices. What a shame.

Age & quality of Produce is questionable. I couldn't find any strawberries that didn't have the beginnings of the dark spots that sink in while rotting within a day since taking them home. Products (name hrands) are being overtaken by the company's own label. Prices have become competitive with safeway. Safeway (kroeger) was never my store. I mainly shop safeway for a number of weekly deals & while I hate to have to "click" the individual coupons for better pricing.

Staff was very nice. But the store is SO very dark. I prefer the other frys store in cave creek. But seriously I am mostly a Safeway shopper. Again though… staff was very helpful.

I want to send a shoutout to Louise S. for her outstanding assistance in the self-checkout lane during my visit on Sunday. Despite the fact that I was having numerous issues with scanning and payment, she remained calm, friendly, and patient throughout the entire process. Louise quickly identified when items weren't registering properly and took the initiative to reset the system without me having to ask. She also gave clear instructions on how to avoid the errors I was encountering, making sure I felt confident completing the transaction. When my payment method wasn’t working, she quickly suggested an alternative solution and stayed with me until it went through successfully. She also scanned all of my heavy liquids (cases of water and iced tea). Her positive attitude and efficiency turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a smooth and pleasant one. Louise truly went above and beyond, and her professionalism and customer service skills deserve to be recognized!

Terrible customer service stands out at this location. Unfortunately, not a wide selection and I have often come home with expired cheeses. Always check dates here specifically.

This place just hasn’t been the same since my favorite florist Amanda left (not me totally different unrelated other person also named Amanda). I cry every time I walk in and don’t see her here anymore. It’s a great store and there’s many lovely people here, but Amanda’s gone and it’s just not the same.

Carla and Kyle are fantastic to work with. I have had the pleasure of working with Carla for years on reservations for stays while in Daly City. She is exactly what every hotel should strive to have assisting their hotel patrons.
