Incredibly disappointing experience. I put two prints in to be framed. One was to replace the frame only and the other a frame and border to match the first print. The second print he put into a frame without the border and claimed that is all I asked for. I clearly stated I wanted the prints to look the same when I dropped them off. He then blamed me and said he could only make the change at an extra cost. I have had to take the print to another framer as the prints look ridiculous next to each other on the wall. He is friendly but I want good, professional service and what I asked for above the friendly attitude. Would never use this business again.

It was on a recommendation that I took my somewhat large, intricate piece to be framed at the Framing Gallery in West Hollywood. Since the piece is an unusual size and of sentimental value, I had a lot of questions as to the best way to display it. I met with Zohar and found him to be extremely knowledgeable about the best way to display the piece. He was helpful with the numerous questions I had. He was mindful of the cost and gave several options without compromising the aesthetics. I recommend Framing Gallery for any piece that requires special expertise and handling. We went with a custom cut frame and shadow box display. It was backed with conservation framing to prevent moisture, and ready to hang. Great Work

I never write Google reviews but I had to make an exception. This is one of the kindest and most effective businesses I've ever seen. Zohar is amazing at what he does and cares about each and every one of his costumers greatly. I wish I had to frame things more often just so I could give this awesome guy more business. If you need a frame new or fixed, he is the guy for you.

Zohar charged my credit card an extra $250 thinking I wouldn’t notice. This guy is not trustworthy take your business elsewhere. Weidman gallery is a couple minutes away on melrose and Harper- they did a great job at a fair price

I have brought framing work to Zohar at Framing Gallery since 2007. Each visit, Zohar took the time to choose a proper frame and discuss the different components needed to create the ideal frame. Most recently, I brought 3 items to be framed that were an odd size. He gave me a quote - which at initial response, I thought was high, because the pieces each only cost $10. I went to three other framers in Los Angeles and each quoted me higher than Zohar. Many times we think a cost of a frame is high because a piece may not look like it is 'worth' that much to frame. But if he were to charge an 'hourly' rate let's say to frame something - I know it takes time to do this right - most of us would not balk. I went back to Zohar and thanked him for the quote - I did my research and his price was still the best. The artwork he has framed over the years is in its original condition. We live in the city with no air conditioning - our windows are open all day - lots of dust and construction in the area - and the artwork looks good as new!

This is a great framing gallery in a great location. The owner, Zohar, is talented and creative and will help pick out just the right frame (which makes all the difference when displaying your favorite photo, painting, or keepsake). He's also a big supporter of local artists, and sells and displays their work.

I hired Zohar, the owner of this establishment, to frame a series of original drawings and we agreed on a price. I left the artwork, and he proceeded to frame three of the drawings. When I came in to pick them up, he had DOUBLED the price. Furthermore, he refused to return the rest of my unframed drawings. I have no choice but to file a lawsuit against the owner. When I checked the index at the Los Angeles Superior Court, I discovered that the owner has been sued before for his malfeasance and was even sent to jail on a civil matter. Horrible experience-you have been warned.
