Had a wonderful experience working with Melody. While I've have things framed before it's been years. I showed Melody a previous print I had done that would be in the same room as the new one. She pulled mats and frames that would compliment both the picture I already had as well as the print I was there to do. She came up with the perfect mat and frame that pulled colors out of the print and looks perfect in the room. She also went over all the glass options so I could choose the best glass for the print. I couldn't be happier with the finished product, the photo doesn't do it justice.

LA fires and the awareness of how quickly the things that define us can disappear , I was inspired to frame some of the vintage artwork i had kept under my bed for decades . Not only was Melody truly enthusiastic about the pieces i brought in, she connected deeply with my vision , in fact she is a consummate professional with a true eye for the power of the right frame and matting to enhance the beauty of each uniquely individual piece of work .
I am just getting started with my new gallery wall featuring my own art as well as that of my children and i am so excited to watch this project evolve . Melody is an incredible asset to the Thousand Oaks store , with an innate ability to match the right frame for each individual piece of art . It is apparent that she connects with the art not only visually , but emotionally as well .
I am thrilled with the results thus far and I have made a new friend as well . 5 stars all the way .

Long time artist and first time professional framing experience! Honestly it couldn't have been a better one too, because of Melody. She truly cares about each individual work of art and all of the aspects to the design of the space it will be housed in to the elements from the art itself. She was also mindful of my budget and helped me create the perfect stacked frames for my artworks. I also observed her in a tricky situation with a grumpy customer through no fault of her own and she handled it so professionally and kindly. Will go back forever as long as I get to work with her!
