I am not sure who the rest of the reviewers dealt with but I just had a horrible experience with this store. The man acted like I was an incredible inconvenience to him. A paying customer with a job for their company.... So so unhelpful and rude.

Robb was initially pretty condescending to me - was probably thinking “ah this young guy’s coming in not knowing anything expecting to get it all done for 20 bucks or something.” But after it was clear I knew what I was talking about, he warmed up considerably. And then the job that was done on the frames was absolutely phenomenal. I paid a pretty penny for 6 plain black frames with white mats for some small-to-medium-sized prints, but they look absolutely GORGEOUS - and I know where I’ll be going for my next batch.
