Something is terribly wrong with a business that takes $150 of your money on December 18 (as you’re moving out of state) and promises to ship a valuable irreplaceable family heirloom for “guaranteed Christmas delivery “—-and then, when family member doesn’t get the gift, doesn’t reply to phone messages or the voice mailbox is full. Weeks tick by and he even promises to ship it in February when a friend finally goes to the business and confronts the owner…but once again it wasn’t shipped.
We consider it a miracle that the piece was finally received March 15 (!!!!)—after our friend returned to Frame Fayetteville and refused to leave until given proof of a tracking number. That only took 2+ hours.
There’s so much more to this story, but suffice it to say that I would never, under any circumstances, recommend this business.

I had several pieces of vintage stained glass reframed at this shop. The work was impeccable. HOWEVER, as stated by another reviewer, the owner had the last project over six months without communication. I made several trips to the store only to find it closed and was unable to reach him by phone.
When I was finally able to find him in the store, each time he launched into a tale of crisis to explain why he had been missing in action and why my work was unfinished. Either he is subject to terrible misfortune (two cases of COVID in less than 3 mos., a car wreck on his way to UPS with my friend’s art piece, 10 days in jail, and this is just what I can remember) or he is a master of storytelling ON THE SPOT. It really is too bad. The guy is one of the best I have come across but BEWARE of time, effort, and money you may have to expend to get your finished project.

Dropped two painting off to be framed, I discussed price with owner and made material selections. It has been 6 months and I have not heard from the owner. I have called a dozen times and left voicemails with no return call and now the voicemail box is full. I have stopped by the store during business hours several times and it has always been closed. At this point I just want my paintings back. Unsure if they went out of business or something has happened but I would definitely not recommend them for your framing needs.

Aaron is the owner of this company. When I first approached him about framing some autographed memorabilia photos, he was very nice and offered to do the job for a decent price l. After several months of waiting for the finished product, approached him and said that I would go ahead and pay for whatever had been done, the job was about 80% complete. Once I got the photos home and unwrapped them, I noticed that there Bends and creases in the photos that were not there before. After contacting Aaron about this issue, he said that he would replace the photos. It never happened. After following up for a couple more months, I finally gave up. Aaron lied several times throughout this frustrating process of hoping to be reimbursed For the damages. His shop is not open during normal business hours, he very rarely answers the phone and it is very difficult to get a hold of him. Long story short, I am now stuck with $2000 worth of picture frames that I cannot use and about $2500 and damaged autographed memorabilia. I would rate this business a zero if possible.

I was initially introduced to Frame Fayetteville by a local epoxy business in Bella Vista. I have some important collectibles I wanted framed, and they told me anyone worth going to either works or was trained here.

I first contacted Frame Fayetteville in mid-June of 2023. And the owner was nice, understood the importance of the work I wanted done and even offered to come to my home to offer design options to fit well with my home.

We set an appointment, and he never showed. I tried contacting him, and he never responded. I have now reached out multiple times via text and phone (even from another number); leaving voicemails with no response at all over the past 4 months. It finally reached the point where I had to ask a relative to swing by this business while they were in Fayetteville to make sure the business didn’t have to close down. Doors were open and the owner was there. He had apologized to me at the time, stating he had some things come up and that he could come out today in the early afternoon today (10/9/23). Unfortunately, he never showed up again and refused to respond to my attempts to contact him.

Do they do good work? I will never know. I’ve given up on trying with this business any longer. I don’t think I’d personally trust a business to handle my valuable collectibles when they’ve shown such poor business management practices.

This is a lovely independent frame shop. Aaron the owner/frame artist was personable and knowledgeable. He agreed to do my small project three weeks before Christmas even though he is always busy...that's real hometown service.
