Great truck stop. Staff is awesome. Just be careful, when driving in. The road is very narrow and trucks are always parked along side making it a bit too close for comfort to drive in. I love that they have a Dennys inside. Showers are over all clean.

a huge disadvantage is that they do not allow me to stop for the night (I am a boxtrack driver) despite the fact that I am a regular customer of the Pilot Flying J network, at 4.00 am the guard knocked and asked to leave the territory even though the parking lot was empty. It is time for the company's management to review its policy and attitude towards customers. I gave 2 stars for a clean, albeit old shower and a leaky interior.

Primarily serving big rigs, this place has some of the cheapest gasoline in Phoenix. The exit off I-10 is a little challenging if you’re driving west bound, as you have to exit BEFORE the L202 interchange. They have extra long squeegees and buckets for big and tall windshields!

As a new homeless person, and let us not forget a HUMAN, I'm quite disgusted by your words and actions towards the meek of this world. I never ask for money or help. I find my way as best I can. To still be treated as less than is beyond me, I know we are all case by case, but you never treat us as such. Your actions will be judged, not your kind words, as you stab me in the back. I was a paying, clean, and respectful guest. Know this.. I am not religious nor spiritual nor anything you could possibly think of with your ant brain (in size not wit because clearly ants are smarter). And to the peon saying homeless people carry disease and you don't want to share a shower.... go home. And don't get me wrong, I know there are some messed up homeless people, but they mimick what they see. You shall reap what you sow 100 fold, so mote it be.

We musta hit a good day! Women’s bathroom was clean! Store looked clean. Stocked with hot/cold on the go foods. Some souvenirs (family travelers) Pretty typical Flying J stuff. Dennys. Have a barber. Pretty decent truck lounge. *BUT? I’m not about to throw other truckers under the bus bc we only stopped in to grab food, use bathrooms & scale. The lot looks clean today, but we didn’t walk it. Didn’t stay overnight so we didn’t use showers. Personnel that helped us was friendly. Decent lot, no pot holes, pretty level. Not sure how many spots they have.

Paid for reserved parking, recipe in windshield, security still put a warning sticker on my drivers window. Said he couldn't find me in his paperwork. So I went inside and verified with the fuel clerk that I'm good, she found me with no problem and said yes, I was good! Maby I should put stickers on the security gards car and see how he likes it! This is a new truck, if that sticker doesn't come off with ease, I will be filling a claim with the corporate office of flying J. That is considered destruction of property!!! Say away from this location,

I was visiting Phoenix and wanted to avoid spending the money on a room just for the purpose of taking a shower and cleaning up, so I drove to the Flying J facility on Latham just off the 10 freeway in Phoenix. I believe the address is 6700. It was about 4:30 in the morning and I am not a holder of a commercial driver license, and I was informed that they have a policy restricting their facilities for use to CDL holders, particularly at such an odd hour of the day. However, the two individuals working there named Keshia and Ernie used their discretion to allow me to be an exception. Of course, it is perfectly understandable why they have this policy to keep homeless people from damaging the facilities or otherwise negatively impacting the experience for other customers. Despite the fact that I am somewhat unconventional looking as a man with hair down to the middle of his back, she looked me up and down and basically said, "You look okay." Frankly, it was nice to hear. She was extremely pleasant and helpful while guiding me through the experience of purchasing the shower time. The shower facilities themselves are private and clean and all in all, this being my very first truck stop shower in my life, I found it to be a more positive experience than I expected. Make a note to yourself that while they do supply toweling, and there is a liquid soap dispenser mounted on the wall of each shower, however you should bring your own shampoo and conditioner, as I did. Obviously, it should go without saying, that you're also going to want to bring whatever change of clothes you plan on wearing after the shower with you into the stall/booth (or whatever the correct terminology is). They do not have a blow dryer in each facility, however there is a wall-mounted hand dryer in the bathroom of the adjacent Denny's which, if you squat underneath it, can serve as a makeshift hair dryer for those of us who are fortunate enough not to be follically challenged. I also grabbed two slices of pizza there for $8, and while I usually avoid convenience store pizza, it was actually surprisingly good. I must say that I felt like a brand new person after this experience, and I highly recommend it if you want to freshen up inexpensively.
