little disappointed today, ordered the Stunning Sunflowers
Vase Arrangement in the deluxe size, it was my mothers 78th birthday and she always gets the normal flowers rose, tulips etc, from everyone in the family, so i wanted to do something different and special. i also ordered a mylar balloon to come with it. i know flowers are flowers and they are all pretty but i wanted this one to be a special delivery for her. Delivery came and it did have some sunflowers in it but then it was filled with roses and other flowers as well and no mylar balloon and it was sort of small to me. i feel that if sunflowers was an issue then someone could of called and i would of changed the order but no call was made and when i actually saw the flowers I said to my mother that someone else must of ordered you flowers bc i didn't order that.

Miss Kathleen has always done a very good job providing me with flowers for my mom, Ola!! Yesterday was no different, she delivered mom a beautiful arrangement and balloon and stuffed dog as well!!! My mom was very pleased as usual!! Thank you Kathleen for the great job you do! I'm a truck driver so am not around that area very often and can always count on you to take care of my mom!! I would buy all of my flowers from here, if I lived closer. From the first conversation until the last, they were so kind, supportive and understanding. I asked for a large, custom arrangement, very last minute during their busiest time of the year. I asked them to make sure it stands out. It stood out plus more. I even called back after it was delivered to make sure I didn’t owe any money because they exceeded my expectations and it didn’t cost a lot. I highly recommend this place. I will always be thankful for the opportunity to work with them.

I was so disappointed to see silk flowers in the arrangement. I think that customers should be informed that there would be faux flowers instead of real flowers. I would say that 80% of the flowers were silk. The carnations and greenery were the only real flowers. I was so embarrassed at how cheap it looked. This is not how I wanted to honor my deceased grandmother.

Jackie was absolutely amazing with my wedding flowers. Her shop was so accommodating and she was such a pleasure to work with. She made stunning wedding bouquets and centerpieces. She was also incredibly friendly and answered all my questions. I would rate her 10 stars if I could!
