I had an amazing experience ordering flowers for my friend's birthday! Since I don’t live in town, I relied on Jane and Arielle to create the perfect bouquet. They truly went above and beyond, sending me a photo before delivery and keeping me updated throughout the process. The bouquet was STUNNING—one of the most beautiful arrangements I’ve ever seen! I wish I could give more than 5 stars since their professionalism, attentiveness, and creativity was so impressive.

This was our first time ordering flowers from Flowers Songs and Gifts and we couldn't be more pleased!! The entire process was seamless. They have a lovely selection. Their website is very easy to navigate, the arrangement is so gorgeous, it exceeded our expectations. During the delivery, Jane communicated with me, and she did exactly what I requested. She totally went above and beyond and provided exceptional customer service.

I highly recommend this place for flower deliveries! I had some flowers delivered to my mom back in October. The online order process was easy to follow. I also received an email with a picture of the finished bouquet before it got delivered. My mom said that the woman who delivered them was very nice and sweet. We both loooved the color scheme of the bouquet, it was so pretty and dainty 🎀 she also said that the flowers lasted a long time. I just wish I got to see them in person myself lol. Overall, highly recommended and I would definitely use their flower delivery service again 😊

Great communication before, during, and after the delivery. The flowers were beautiful and delivery was seamless. I appreciate the photo of the flowers they sent before delivery, it is helpful when I am all the way across the country and can't see them in person!
Birthday girl loved them, and I will definitely be using Flowers, Songs & Gifts for my future needs. I've already placed another order!

WOW! Jane and Arielle did an amazing job with our bouquet and went above and beyond to be sure they were delivered when the recipient was home. I was so impressed by the arrangement and the cocktail glasses we added to the order! So refreshing in comparison to the online boxed delivery flowers that have become so common.
