Horrible horrible horrible. My sister-in-law and I went in to get a wreath like floral arrangement for her daughter's funeral. As we walked in the older man was puking in the chair, and immediately said he could not do any arrangements for the rest of the day even before we said what day we needed it for a $100 arrangement. Once he did receive the right information she rang us up for the floral arrangement. She called the day before pick up just to make sure that everything was going to be done and they said yes but can we change the color of the flowers. We were both shocked that they tried to change the flower colors to something that they actually had their. And I said they must be royal blue and white. So when I picked up the floral arrangement I was sadly disappointed. Not to mention the fact that it was coming apart.

DO NOT USE! TL;DR: I ordered flowers from their website, they were never delivered. I tried calling, no answer. I live out of town so there is nothing I can do about it. This place seems to exist to scam idiots like me that didn’t read the reviews.

Details: I chose them because they were local and close to my mom’s house. I went to their website, made an order and paid. This was 9 days before Mother’s Day…plenty of advance notice. DO NOT USE THEM! Attached is my order confirmation email so prove I truly make an order.

I paid over $100 for 3 balloons and a premium flower arrangement for my grandmother who had just had major surgery. I ordered them on a Monday which they said I had free same day delivery. It did not get delivered on Monday, so I followed up on Tuesday to ensure that they would get delivered. They responded that it wouldn’t get delivered until Wednesday, and for the troubles, they would upgrade the flower arrangement. However, even though they said the arrangement wouldn’t be delivered until Wednesday, my grandma sent and me a picture of the flowers Tuesday evening, looking nothing like the one I paid for and missing the balloons. I reached out to customer service where they only gave me half of the money back. I told them I wanted a full refund, because I would have never paid over $50 for the arrangement that was sent to her. They then told me that they wanted to fix the problem by still sending the correct order (this was on Wednesday). I told them I would like her to have what I had paid for, and if it couldn’t be delivered I would have rather had the money refunded and purchase flowers elsewhere to have them delivered. They assured me that they would deliver the correct order to her. After waiting a few days, I heard nothing about the flowers being delivered. I sent an email to follow up on Saturday, and no one got back with me. I asked for the remainder of my refund today (Monday) again with no follow up from the company. Had I known they would have given me a run around for a week, I would have ordered her different flowers from another company. A waste of time, money, and energy. I do not recommend them at all, especially during a trying time when wanting to make a loved one feel important and cared for.

Honestly one of the ugliest floral arrangements I’ve ever seen, and was super tiny even though I paid for a “large” arrangement. Plus the personalized note also had a bible verse attached to it for no reason? Why would I want that if I didn’t say Just a super bad experience overall and wouldn’t recommend. I wouldn’t have ordered from them in the first place but ordered through 1800Flowers which automatically assigned this place through their system, I guess. I don’t think they should be allowed to sell flowers or call themselves a florist.

I recently ordered flowers through FTD for my mother's 70th birthday, placing the order several days in advance to ensure timely delivery. Unfortunately, Flowers for You in Tucson completely failed to deliver the arrangement on the scheduled day, ruining what should have been a special celebration for my mother.

Despite ordering well ahead of time and paying for the service, my elderly mother received nothing on her milestone birthday. No flowers, no call, no explanation. When I contacted them about the missing delivery, their customer service was unhelpful and offered little in the way of a satisfactory explanation or resolution.

This experience was incredibly disappointing, especially for such an important occasion. A 70th birthday is a significant milestone, and their failure to deliver as promised left my mother confused and me embarrassed and frustrated. I would strongly caution against using Flowers for You in Tucson for any important occasions where reliability matters.

Guess which picture is of the actual product delivered?! I’m so displeased with this order is an understatement. I spent a lot of time looking for a perfect match for the person receiving these and was extremely bummed when I saw the end result. Words honestly can’t express how much I want to cry. I work hard for my money and these flowers were for someone recovering from a on head collision. These don’t represent any thoughtfulness on my part. Never again will I order here. Being out of town, I _unfortunately_ went through 800flowers, who had Campbell Floral fulfill the order. What a disaster. Campbell sent something a fraction of the size shown on 800flowers. When I called Campbell on it, they said the orders conform to specs. I suspect there's a bit of truth to that and 800flowers gave some minimal set of requirements and Campbell likely went to the 'way low end of that range. My order was supposed to be "Extra large arrangement measures approximately 17"H x 14"W". The picture with the tape measure shows it's MUCH less than that. The other image is from 800flowers, who doesn't let you know who will be fulfilling the order, so it's very much caveat emptor. Obviously, I got the least capable florist in Tucson. btw, 800flowers said they'd send a replacement. never arrived but they claimed it was delivered. Maybe a coyote ate it?

I had my anniversary, and needed a Florist. I quickly searched Google, and found a couple other places with dead ends. This place was on there, and had some weird reviews. I never judge until I experience for myself. Easy access location. Greeted by a friendly doggo. Not the most organized or upgraded interior, but a friendly space/face. Shot an idea to the florist, and Wah-La! Support local, and direct is the best feeling when buying flowers.
