I was so fortunate to receive a bouquet of beautiful flowers from this florist. A dear friend bought them for me to cheer me up during my surgery recovery. Flowers By Toshi have never let me down. They are willing to help anyway they can, to keep a loyal customer satisfied. I have been buying flower arrangements or a healthy potted plant for years. The recepients are always grateful. Prices are fair.
You can park directly in front of the flower shop on Lincoln St. Or you can park in the spacious alley that connects Lincoln St. to Freedom Blvd.
After you enter this rather small business, the aroma of fresh flowers overwhelms you. Great place to check out.
