Truly disappointed with the quality/presentation of the arrangement I ordered. I’m currently deployed and ordered flowers for my significant other back home. To my surprise when she received the flowers, they left a black sooty powder in her room and on the bear I purchased with the arrangement. This is not ok for the amount I spent on the arrangement.

After searching a few shops in the West Covina area, this was the best! Super helpful Super Polite Reasonable prices! Y'all did such an amazing job on my mothers Celebration of Life flower arrangements. When y'all delivered the flowers I thought that was it, but no! The lady stood to help me decorate my moms urn table and went beyond. Thank you all at Flowers by Robert!!

I showed up to this shop with only one hour to get a full funeral arrangement bouquet and they stepped up and made us a beautiful arrangement🥹. So grateful and the bouquet was absolutely gorgeous and beautiful !! I was absolutely expecting them to refuse me service for such short notice, but they went above and beyond. 10/10 recommend 🙏🤍

What can I say about Robert? He's a great florist and he gives you exactly what you want. I found a picture online of something my wife would like not knowing anything about flowers and Robert was nice enough to let me know what the flowers were and let me know that he could do the arrangement for a given price, this is the third year I've gone with Robert and every year my wife is ecstatic with his arrangement. he was even nice enough to stay an extra hour because I was caught in traffic so I could pick up the arrangement. Robert is an all-around nice guy and does everything in his power to make you a happy customer. I couldn't recommend him enough.
