We received a Mother's Day "Deluxe" bouquet that looked anything but Deluxe, it was made of a few tired looking carnations battling for attention. Our daughter did pay the Deluxe price. Needless to say, I would not recommend this flower shop.

Living in the foothills can be hard to find a good florist. I saw that Flower Peddler was located in Copperopolis. Which was where I needed flowers delivered to. I needed to send sympathy flowers to my friend. I had a budget in mind and pretty much told the florist to make an arrangement to cheer up my friend. I received a text that the beautiful arrangement was received. The florist did a great job.

I truly hate to ever post a bad review of any business, ever, but this is the second time my son and his wife sent me flowers that arrived looking less than fresh (brown edges on petals and some wilted stems). This time, not only were there old looking flowers, but the arrangement was lopsided and not in a good or artistic way. I decided to actually call them this time and let them know. To their credit, they are sending another arrangement tomorrow, but I don’t have great expectations. Sorry, but I had to post this. Nobody wants to spend a lot of money for a gift that is substandard.

GREAT. This florist created the most beautiful spray for my fathers memorial services. I called and met her at her shop the day before. We talked and cried about what I had in mind. She did a amazing job. She had to build the Cross.. It was larger than normal. She ORDERED the flowers from Floral Fresh had them the next morning. She managed to deliver the arrangement in Stockton before 1pm. Less than 24hrs. She is the only florist I go to. The only florist I recommend. SOME PEOPLE DO NOT READ ALL THE DETAILS FOR WHAT THEY PURCHASE ONLINE..... Pro flowers ftd 1800flowers. You make your selection... Then below it says 2nd choice.. . if you don't provide a detailed second choice as similar as possible is then okay. Its not #1 and only #1 it's #1 or close as it can get. Then they send your order out to a local florist. Who may not have #1 flowers on hand. They respond to Pro 800 ft.. whoever you gave your money too and they give the okay on what flowers are used instead. So if something is wrong with your order maybe it's because you decided send the message strapped to a pigeon. CALL YOUR LOCAL FLORIST. DIRECT. YOU GET BETTER PRICES AND YOU GET EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT.

This so called florist, Laura Sternick, is the WORST florist I have ever done business with. She purchased the flowers that I ordered through Pro Flowers at WALMART!! They looked NOTHING like what I purchased, the card she wrote was awful and she did not include the Mylar Balloon with the bouquet. She was abusive and vulgar to me on the phone when I called her to ask questions about her delivery. I would NOT recommend her as a florist AT ALL. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I received a flower delivery for my birthday. Both the sender and I were SHOCKED! Not only at the less than Wal-Mart quality of the flowers, and Complete lack of what the sender ordered, and paid for, but also the complete lack of professionalism in writing the card!! Your inability to find Orange flowers is NOT an "LOL" and CERTAINLY should NOT have been added to the card!! I have complained to Proflowers! So did the sender. She got a refund.

Ordered flowers online at 9am they arrived at 215 pm. Had to call and get an eta around 1130 and was told she didnt know how to verify the purchases off the internet, so who knows if this wouldve even went through. After the fact when they did arrive they looked nothing like the photo. I had paid for the upgraded version with 18+ white roses and lilys and there was more green than any other color. I wouldve been better off walking around my neighborhood and picking flowers from yards. Buyer beware.
