I called ahead of time to ask if they could have an arrangement ready in 20-30 minutes, when I arrived 40 mins later it was not ready. I spoke to her on the phone and told her I was yes a tight & round bouquet. When she asked what colors, I told her “spooky season” colors” like black, orange & purple. She giggled & said “yea, I can do that, it’ll be ready in 20.”

When I arrived she immediately said “oh are you the girl that called?” That should have been my first sign. But I decided to wait since I was already running late. She then ran around the shop making my arrangement. My second sign should have been when I saw her asking for the black spray paint as she grabbed sunflowers.

10 mins later I finally had my arrangement &!85 was not what I wanted at all. I am not the best at speaking up when I am unsatisfied so I just paid & left but I will not be returning. I wish she would have asked questions if my directions were not clear. But instead I was left with a half-assed weird bouquet that neither me nor the person I gave them to liked. To be honest I was a bit embarrassed to even give them to her. But I was already $55 down. So here we are.

Walked in here on a whim to get a bouquet for my daughter’s dance recital and was blown away by the quality! Gave some simple directions and left to get cash and the bouquet was ready when I got back.
Service was friendly and easy. I will definitely be back!

I ordered flowers FromYouflowers.com and unfortunately they came from this place! The arrangement looks NOTHING like the picture I chose online. I called FromYouFlowers.com and they arranged for a second delivery which also looked nothing like what I had chosen. The colors were not only wrong, but a garish combination of pink and orange! The flower "design" in both arrangements was amateurish. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED!!

Warning: DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. First problem, they were not able to deliver on the actual day because they “ran out of flowers” and they failed to let me know ahead of time. Second major fail, they were suppose to resend the flowers the next day and my mother never received them. They also charged me almost $50 for flowers that were never received. Every time I call the store it goes straight to voicemail. I left a message about a refund and never received a call back. Beyond disappointed with the horrible place.

I did not receive the flower arrangement I paid for (in full) on the day agreed on. I was told they would open at 10am but when I arrived to pick up the flowers they were closed. I came back at 10:30 and it was still closed. I went to another flower shop for my flowers because I needed them for 11am. I finally received a call from them at 11:55am. Went back that same day and was told they would refund the amount that same day.... well It’s been a month now and I am still waiting for my refund. And yes, I have gone back and called them a few times since then so I’m not sure what the issue is but they always have an excuse...

I just got an arrangement for Mothers Day. Terrible, rose already fell apart and it petals on the floor. Placed a call to them, they hanged up on me, customer service representative is Rude and they did not apologized.

This place is great! Price is great! Flowers were beautiful! Service was awesome! Enviornment was super! I will be coming back to then for all my future flower needs!

This place is bad for business no communication skills just poor all around ask for a refund have not received it yet. I order on 02/13/2023 nothing don’t shop here!
