Honestly, I wish I could give this place a 6 or even 12 star rating!

I called to inquire about ordering a casket spray for my Mom’s service. I talked to I believe it was Selene. She apologized and told me they were actually going to be closed on the date they mentioned. And then I guess she asked what I was trying to order (I think she was trying to figure out the best place in town to send me to for my needs).

When I explained, she offered to come in on a day when she did NOT have to work just to make sure my Mom’s casket spray was assembled and delivered!

This is the kind of service I feel like you just don’t get a lot anymore, and I am forever grateful to Selene for going above and beyond!

I don’t live in Hemet, but I can tell you, if I ever need to order flowers in town again, I will be calling Floral Expressions first!

Thank you again for your kindness, compassion, and generally outstanding customer service! You made a task that I was afraid was going to be horrible a lot easier! I simply cannot thank you enough!

Before I went on vacation I contacted Floral Expressions to make 2 deliveries while I was gone. Perfect flowers and delivered on time. Believe me, I made lots of points with that call. That is an awesome place to get flowers or have them sent.

The only place that was open during veterans Day Sunday. Kind of pricey but the flowers smelled and looked wonderful. I guess there's a price you have to pay for quality and you get The most for your money here.

Luanne did such an amazing job with the florals for our wedding. She met with us to discuss what we wanted and delivered even better than we had imagined! All the bouquets were so full and beautiful and the table centerpieces were perfect. Luanne was so easy to work with, timely and communicative. Flowers were one thing I didn't have to stress about on our big day. The flowers even lasted for several days after the wedding! 11/10 would recommend Floral Expression in Hemet for any event.

I ordered flowers for my mom's birthday. They were beautiful! and they looked just like the picture on the website. Great customer service and communication with Angie. Called at the last minute looking for a bouquet of sunflowers and daisies to be delivered the next day. Floral Expressions was the only place in town that had Sunflowers. The bouquet turned out beautiful and will definitely use them again!
