The prices here are way to high. To combat pokemon scalping, you shouldn't be selling at the same or higher price.

Also if you're interested in buying something, just order online. They have a box on their site (keyforge Amber skies) for about 130$ on sale. But you get to pay 180$ in store. I live 20 minutes away and would get the products cheaper shipped than to drive in.

Make it make sense my guy.

For the most part the store is stocked with a lot of cool things. But as a girl that goes in I’m normally ignored when it comes time to ask for help or even just walking in. Sometimes it takes a while to get help because they are talking or their back is turned. This is around the time prismatic is out. The new bundle with 6 cards dropped and they are charging 80$. The surprise box was 70$ for 4 packs. I believe their prices on singles and large packs are extremely over priced. When I sell cards to them I also get a range of prices. I sold them a charizard EX and got little to nothing and then saw it in the case the next day for 15$ I sold a masterball worth 55$ and barely even got a decent price for it. I sold a total of 10 cards (including masterball and chaizard) and only got 54$ for them all. I’d definitely recommend doing research before selling or buying certain things from there.

Though, the atmosphere for the most part is lovely and everyone is normally kind. Staff when they do help are typically willing and ready to help. Sometimes just takes a bit to get their attention.

It's okay but it really feels like a bit of a boys club, they'll greet the guys that walk in but not the girls.
They also have a bad habit of ignoring customers when talking amongst themselves.

I recently got into 40k and don't even live near Flipside but recommend them. Their prices are unbeatable and their customer service is top notch.

Most of what is in this Pic, including supplies, came from them. And I saved 20% off retail

One of the few shops that also has an active Discord presence.

Extremely high prices and they literally search the price of individual cards while you're there buying them to make sure they keep a 20% up-charge vs. what is on eBay. Thanks for being a card real-estate agent I guess?...

Save yourself the trouble and find a different store.

I decided to check this place out on a business trip this weekend and [like so many other people on here I’m now seeing] was less than impressed with their customer service. I managed to get the attention of one guy after standing there for five minutes and had him grab a couple cards from the display, and requested a few singles. He told me to write them all down on a pull sheet. So I spent the next five minutes doing that, filling out all the rarities and set names for 6 cards. I hand the sheet to an employee and he says “put your contact info on there and we’ll get in touch with you, we close in 15 minutes so there’s no way we could put this together tonight” meanwhile he’s on the computer and talking to his friend, and the other guy is back on his phone. I tell them nevermind then I’ll just take what I had them pull from the case and it’s $32. I’m surprised since it’s a $20 card. He tells me they use some other non-standard pricing. Why in the world would someone want to pay 30% more and not even be able to take the cards with them? What benefit is there to shopping here over saving a massive amount of money online? I get better customer service from the robots on the websites. And why can’t these guys on their phones pull a whopping 6 [higher end] cards for me after making me fill out their list and mentioning nothing about not being able to? Pretty weak.
