If you like supporting smaller businesses, and want to shop where there is still customer service and helpful sales staff, this is the place for you!!

Nikki & Tom, the owners, are the kindest, nicest people. Tom was so professional and began with my 3D foot scan analysis. Based on those results, he was able to pull a few styles of shoes. I'm not accustomed to such attentive service as Tom slid the shoe on my foot and tied up the laces.

With time, we found the Topo shoe felt the best, and Tom recommended some socks which I tried on, and felt heavenly. The socks have a lifetime warranty, which is amazing!! They also have a warranty for the shoes, if you don't like them in the first 30 days.

I mentioned my daughter had a dislocated knee injury from swimming, and they helped me get a knee brace for her.

I ended up chatting with the owners once I had checked out, they are very sincere, down-to-earth people.

You can buy shoes just about anywhere, but you won't find this remarkable customer service in most places. I told them they had a new lifetime customer out of me!! I highly recommend visiting this store and supporting smaller businesses in our community

Love my new Brooks shoes! Went in for shoes for my hubby but came home with a pair for me, too. The scan taught me some things I never knew about my feet (low arch and wide heel). I never would’ve known without Tom’s help! He’s great! And he stayed late for us! Fleet Feet is our new shoe store!

I went in days before a race to get a new pair of shoes since the ones I had been training in were ripping. I had my 2 young kids with me & the staff was so kind and helpful keeping them entertained while I tried on several pair of shoes. Once I found the ones that felt just right i have been AMAZED at how good my feet feel. The BEST investment I’ve made for myself. Not are they so great for running but I wore them to an amusement park and usually within hours my back and feet start hurting walking around places like that but I was pain free ALL DAY. I do not regret going and finding the perfect shoes for me one bit!!!

My first time at this awesome store and it won’t be my last! I had ordered a pair of shoes online that just were not working out for me and instead of just shipping them back I decided to make the trip from Fountain Hills to return them in person. From the second I stepped in the door until I left I had such a great experience. They took the time to listen to my concerns, scan my feet, and then try some different shoes that would work for me. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and helpful. My non-runner husband went with me and typically hates going to stores with me but he even had a great experience and told me that whenever he decides he needs new sneakers he is definitely coming here to do so. That’s saying a lot coming from him. I highly recommend them for any of your running needs.

I need a pair of serious hiking for a serious 7-day trek across Lapland in Finland…of course failure is not an option for my footwear. A friend highly recommended Fleet Feet to me, so I decided to give them a try.

At the store I was [greatly] helped by Tom, Mallie, and Jackie. ALL of the staff at this Fleet Feet location were amazingly professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and seemed to be determined to get me into the right pair of boots to meet the needs of my Lapland adventure.

We spent more time trying on shoes/boots than ever before to determine a proper fit for me, and the time was very well spent. Tom ensured that we had a perfect size for me, a perfect pair of boots, and even gave me color options for the footwear.

This place was amazing! Staff was so helpful, friendly, and attentive. I walked in mainly looking just for insoles. I was greeted and they explained their process on how they properly fit you and will put them in your choice of shoe whether you buy theirs or have your own. I had bought some cheap running shoes to save some money but after a year of plantar faciitis I decided to treat myself to hopefully fix the problem. He was not pushy to sell me shoes at all but asked if i wanted them to fit the insoles to my shoes or if i wanted to try some others. He brought out a stack of shoes that fit my results and explained differences between the shoes and insoles until I found ones I liked. Only day 1 with my new shoes but I feel like I'm walking on a cloud almost with a new much needed arch support. Super thankful for the help and customer service. Highly recommend and will be back when needed!

I was told about Fleet Feet from a friend. I made the 40 min drive (one way) to this place and it was worth it! The owners (I believe they are) were so nice, attentive and treated you like you were a friend. I told them it was my first time and they knew exactly what to do. All I had to do was the scan and try on shoes as they took care of the rest! I will definitely buy my shoes from this place from now on!

We experienced excellent customer service by very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Appreciated the feet analysis done for best shoe fit. The owners are experienced athletes who understand the importance of proper fitting athletic shoes, and were extremely kind and friendly. We had great service by Jen who brought out several shoe suggestions. Great selection of running shoes and gear including some Lululemon items. If you need expertise for a great shoe fit, this is the place!
