We have lived in Fayetteville almost 30 years, but had never ventured into this store until we moved downtown. What a miss! The service and knowledge in the staff is phenomenal. They installed a new grill for us with expertise, helping us with the process in getting it hooked up to a gas line from the house. Wonderful service!

I just visited this store for the first time since moving back to town. It was probably the best customer service experience in the last few years. The store manager and an associate took the time to help me cut a chain strap off of my purse when it would have been easy for them to tell me they couldn’t. And they had the beeswax I needed for another project! Thanks!
