Very honest and helpful. I took an old laptop that started failing on me.

They ran a diagnostic told me what all the potential issues were gave me a quote and ultimately told me repair is probably worth more than the actual laptop.

They didn't charge me for the diagnosis, even though they spent time on it. I won't hesitate to come to them with repair work in the future.

Highly recommended. In general I am too lazy to write a review, but I have to because they are the best guys I ever met in Great LA. The on/off button on my dishwasher's circuit board went off and I failed to solder it back. A replacement would cost me around $400. So I came to Fixlab to try my luck. They fixed it in a couple of minutes and also tested the circuit for me. They even didn't want to charge me for that for it is an easy fix for them. I can't thank them enough. Any electronics you need to fix Fixlab is the place.

FixLab is a solid spot for tech repairs, and the team there is both kind and thoughtful. I brought in a Nintendo Switch I had picked up from Frank & Son with a faulty wireless card, and they took care of it with care and professionalism. While the parts and labor were a bit pricey, they made sure to explain everything—what they were doing, why it was necessary, and even offered a cheaper, temporary fix as an alternative. It’s clear they prioritize quality work and customer satisfaction, and I’d definitely recommend them for any tech repairs!

Wow , I took my original PS5 controllers to get fixed within an hour they were ready. Great customer service very informative. The price is very affordable plus they gave me a 3 month warranty. Now am back to gaming, feels like there brand new controllers.

If anyone is looking at this business because they are experiencing an issue with their gaming system not reading game discs, please don't hesitate to come to this place.

My PS5's laser lens gave out on me yesterday. My warranty with Sony had just run out. Sony wants a ridiculous amount to fix the issue, which has been noted to be common for systems approaching the 2 year mark. Instead of having to wait a week+ turnaround from Sony's Support, I brought my system in earlier this afternoon and got it back working properly within hours (turnaround time depends on if they have the part in stock / how big of an issue as well). 6 Month warranty was included for the service provided as well.

The price for fixing this issue was respectful. James and Ishmael are both courteous and knowledgeable at fixLab.

If you are leaning towards hitting them up for a quote or some info on an issue, please don't hesitate to send them an email; they reply fairly quickly.

I am happy to have found this business last night.

These guys are absolutely awesome. They fix my PlayStation. The HDMI port has never worked better. They fix my controller as well. The joystick was pulling to the side was really frustrating but they were able to fix it. No problem and with really awesome service. I would highly recommend bringing any Game console or controller issues to these guys they really know their stuff!!!!

Excellent services at extremely fair prices. I came into their store right before they closed on Friday because my PS3 was no longer reading discs. They diagnosed the problem that Monday and I came and collected it on Tuesday. They replaced the disc reading laser and now my PS3 is back to its former glory! They even tested some old Xbox 360's I had lying around. I will definitely come back!
