First of all the customer service is unlike any other. The people are wonderful and nice. They are always willing to help you find what you need. The selection is the largest, cleanest and most visually appealing of any liquor store we have found in the area. The prices are extremely reasonable and they offer a military discount. The wine section is very vast and diverse. We had a great time coming here and found exactly what we needed.

This is the only bottle shop in Valdosta that carries Belgian Ales brewed by Trappist monks. This beer is world-class. The staff are there just waiting to help you find what you need, and if they don't have it and their distributor carries it, they'll get it in for you. I just wish they'd offer more single beer options, especially on the import side. It is initially more cost effective for the consumer, and can be more profitable for the bottle shop, when trying something for the first time to determine if you like it instead of having to pay for a 4-6 pack. Every bottle shop should sell beer the way Total Wine and More does. They have a huge selection of single beer options from across the world. C'mon 5-Points Wine and Spirits! Make this happen!!

Bourbon prices above MSRP, decent selection of day sippers, would like if they had more than one Store Pick.

Standard small town liqour store. Pretty good selection of all the basics. The guy that answered the phone had no idea what Tucher Hefeweizen was and hung up on me.

Overall, it’s a nice but not large selection of fine liqueurs, wine, beer and other assorted drinks. I’ve been able to request if a vendor can hopefully bring back a seasonal IPA like Stone Xocoveza, if they were able to fulfill the request is unknown since it was pretty popular.

If any negatives should be noted; I’d noticed occasionally that the items in the cold shelves migrate entirely. One week something is moved to a different place, another week it could be someplace else. Not a big big deal. The wine area is a headache, it seemed disorganized slightly. And last thing, you normally get greeted when you come in but after that no one will leave the counter to ask if they can help you find something.

I was there yesterday, I purchased a bottle of wine, the price on the shelf was $10.99, it rung up $12.69 I told the cashier that it was $10.99 on the shelf, she said I've not been back there to see the prices. Then she said to me this isn't WALMART, so I said you're right it's not, she said we don't do discounts here, but I never asked for a discount, only the Correct price of the wine. I've come here for many years and made purchased of and beer, I've always purchased my favorite wine here, but I'll be looking some where else!!!!

They have one of the best selections of IPA's I've seen in South Georgia. They also have a large section dedicated to wines if you're about that life. Great selection of whiskeys and rums at reasonable prices. If you're an IPA fan you should definitely check this place out.

The employees have lots of experience helping people find what they are looking for. They have a good selection of both hard liquor (bourbon, whiskey, rum, vodka, etc) and wine in all different price ranges. While they do carry pricier items for those with more demanding taste buds they also have everyday brand name alcohol. The outside of the building has just had a major remodel and it looks very very nice
