They did not except returns for the slime but that obviously makes sense. Overall this place had all the toys I love to buy for my nephew and they have many options for wrapping and it is quick. The one thing I do not like about this place is the prices ? I was about to buy a stuffed animal for my nephew when I realized it was 100$. Yes this place is expensive but for good quality toys I believe some stuff is worth it.

My husband and I happened upon this great toy store, which had such a wonderful selection of items for every age. We purchased about 7 different items, the sales girl was fabulous, her name was Ari and she was working solo. Ari was most helpful in picking out age appropriate gifts and offered to wrap each one in between helping other customers. Thank you so much for your customer service and kindness during the busy holidays!

Very strange experience today browsing with my sister. The two people at the register were very rude and focused on (loudly) scheduling employees instead of helping potential customers. When they did finally ask if we needed help it was in a tone that implied we were not welcome. The selection of toys seemed cool enough but I wouldn’t recommend visiting if you are looking for cordial human interaction.

Terrible customer service - this is the second time I try to return an item.
First time: My daughter who was 19 months decided she didn't like the doll I had just walked out the door with, I turned around and asked if they could give me a refund or store credit. They refused due to the doll not being in its original package.
Second time: one of their bubble maker fan machines didn't work out of the package (yes, it had been opened) went to return or request store credit, but they refused the return.
Do not recommend this store - no concept of customer satisfaction/local appeal. Only greedy owner/management folk. You are better off ordering an item online.

A wonderful little shop in the heart of Town Center that's perfect for the last minute shopper or a thoughtful parent. The employees were super helpful - they had no problem spending the extra time to help me pick out the perfect toys for my nephew - and the whole place has a very laid-back atmosphere that sets it leagues apart from other stores in the area I've been to.

All of the employees are nice and have a good work ethic, also my 4 year old son with down syndrome really enjoyed his new Lego set! 10/10 would recommend.
