I have taken 3 different cars to this location over the last 10 years. All my experiences have been exceptional. The Service Manager Ricky is unparalleled in his expertise and customer service. I also leave feeling safer in my car than when I arrived and also treated fairly never paying for services or replacements I didn't need. His team and the staff their always listens to my concerns and helps me create a maintenance plan that is affordable and within reasonable time frames. These guys are awesome, they care. I worked directly with Ricky, and a few others indirectly. I truly believe that they care about my safety while driving my vehicle. I will be returning for all of my maintenance.
My vehicle dealership lied and tried to up-sell me things that I didn't need. The Firestone guys were honest and absolutely wonderful.
Another thing that I noticed while sitting in the waiting area, they want to politely help everyone that comes through the door. Even when it got close to closing time, they didn't let them stop their helpful, pleasant attitudes. You want to keep this team.

They got me in to service and fixed my car by the estimated time that they gave me.

The service writer (Ricky) didn't do a diagnostic as requested initially, rather he recommended replacing my battery in lieu of the diagnostic as he said the battery was triggering the check engine light.
The second trip to your facility after being towed in due to a loud lifter noise, the diagnostic was run and a sensor and valve cover gaskets were required at a substantial cost.
Had the service writer done what the customer asked of him, the second trip would not have been necessary and the required repairs would have been taken care of in a timely manner.
The repairs took 4 days rather than the 'few to several hours' quoted to me. I lost 2 days of work and received no discount or attempt to correct my lost time and wages.

Took over an hour longer than they estimated and was much more expensive than other shops.
I should have walked out when they quoted me but I was already there and wanted to avoid the hassle. Definitely not worth it.
Do your due diligence and find somewhere better.

My visit here was Excellent the gentleman Luke, I worked with was very helpful throughout the whole process and even was able to get 2 more tires that I needed ordered in time so they would complete the full install of all 4 tires. I greatly appreciate all the help and super great deal that he assisted me on for the tires, also he was able to fix the cambering issue that caused my rear tires to wear incorrectly. I love everything provided to me it was the highest of quality Thank you very much!!

Update: they took first rate care of my car, but their message system is really bad. So it is now four stars instead of one star. I hope if the company is reading this, they actually try to call during a busy time so they see how customers are forced to wait and then untimely be hung up on multiple times before getting through an hour later. Please fix this.

I can’t evaluate their services because I can’t seem to talk to anyone. When I call someone answers and says who they are and then tells me there are 4 or 6 ahead. Then I’m put on hold for about ten minutes until the system rings again but this time I’m told no one can take my call and just disconnects me. Happened four times over two days. Hoping they fix this disastrous messaging system. I’ll update this review after I get my car back.
