Hands down best place for children’s clothes and gifts in the city. Super helpful and knowledgeable sales team nails age specific recommendations and fun gifting ideas. It’s my go to for new baby gifts all the way through to elementary school kid presents- and they are always a huge hit. They just know what’s right for every age/vibe and have the coolest selection of clothes (sf/ca local made to dress up to everyday stuff I would wear if adult sized) games, art boxes and the softest funniest stuffies. Also, owned and run by an incredible long time Hayes valley mom boss - support small local women run businesses in SF!!

Edit: changing my rating went back today and the customer service was great. It wasn't the same people *Customer service was terrible. No one said hello. The two girls were too busy putting merchandise away and not interested in helping at all.
Other customers came and said we dont have to buy anything and left.
Selection is nice, the prices are high, the service is bad.
Also emailed them via the website and never heard back

Fun shop for the little ones. Both our 4 yr olds, a boy and a girl loved picking out some clothes and some sunglasses. Cutest little dresses and some super sharp threads for the boys.

Loved this store and the staff! All the items they have are beautiful and thoughtful. I was in a rush and the in-store staff quickly helped me find all the things I was looking for and helped me get out of the store within minutes.

A feedback I have is that on their website they should make it clear that the option to pick up in-store comes after confirming your billing address.

Great selection of unique items for kids. They are very helpful if you need/want it, but leave you be to browse otherwise. Exactly the kind of customer service I love. You can go on their web site to browse before you go so you know what you want when you get there for a quick shopping experience. Really love this place for kid gifts.
