I haven't been to this shopping center in so many years and am unsure if Fendi was there my last visit.

Fendi has always been a top brand for me in eyewear-sunglasses strictly and a single handbag 👜 long ago.

Well, that all changed with this last visit. I entered the store and was greeted and felt welcome immediately. I said to my sister, "It's likely I won't be into any shoes here, just handbags." Low and behold, I looked at the footwear because I have a life-long affinity for shoes and wowwweee, I ended up with a dream pair!

I worked with a wonderful sales associate who offered me comfort, a place for seating, and brought me the shoes. They fit beautifully and looked fantastic! I knew at once I was going to buy but never felt crowded by my wonderful sales associate.

I got my shoes boxed up, and the same associate met me up front to check out once I was ready. One thing that is important to me is how I am treated and how my time is considered. At this lovely location, they acclimated to my timeline and service needed and gave me more.

Thank you, Fendi, for remaining top-notch in delivery and form in how you run your business. You have a loyal customer due to these attributes.

Not very impressive. It can’t be a real Fendi by any means. It took a while for someone to welcome us. We bought a purse 👛 for more than $1400 out of loyalty to the brand; no influence by the sales staff whatsoever. The place needs cleaning.

Grace was amazing with my over the phone order. She found the bag I wanted for my wife. I had previously purchased the bag for her for Christmas from Barney’s and it was stolen from her car in a smash and grab. She was so unhappy. I couldn’t find the bag and ended up calling this store and Grace searches and found it for me.

She then walked around the mall looking for the UPS guy for 15 mins to make sure it went out overnight. Great customer service from a great Fendi staff member. She should be promoted!
