I always go to this location because of my job. I have to drop off things for employees. James, is always so nice, knowledgeable on shipping your products out. He is super quick and will get the line moving. The store can be a little more cleaner.

Staff is kind and service is quite quick, teh parking lot store in is a DISASTER, full of hoodlums making noise and street fighting and often have to park very far away. Not stores fault, but don't leave anything good in your car.

Jason the store manager was so incredibly nice and helpful!! Jason was SO kind, understanding, & sympathetic; he really listened to me and did everything he could to find my lost package and gave me lots of options. 1800-Go-Fedex was an absolute nightmare: after losing my package, they refused to help me at all, kept reading the same phrase off a prompt, it was like talking to a brick wall, I asked for a supervisor, and they said no, I asked for their name and they refused to give it, then hung up on me - this happened twice! Jason at the West Sac store is FedEx's 1 and only redeeming quality.

Hello!! I needed to make some copies so I went to the FedEx store in Town Center. The staff member ALYSSA was wonderful. She was nice, helpful & very knowledgeable. She made the process so easy for me. She was awesome!! I highly recommend this place.

Young lady (Savannah) who helped me get my passport photo today was super efficient, professional, and friendly. There were a few people ahead of me, but she kept the line moving quickly. I forgot this place was here, but I'll definitely have to keep it in mind for shipping stuff.
