Visiting FEATURE in-store is such a great experience! The layout is clean and stylish, making it super easy to browse. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help without being pushy. The vibe of the store is really cool—modern and inviting—and they always have a great selection of apparel and sneakers on display. I loved being able to check out the private label pieces in person; the quality is even better than I expected. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the area!

I liked this store a lot. We live near Dodger Stadium, and I had never been out to Old Town Calabasas. Their collection of low top Nike Air Forces were like the ones Instagram likes to advertise to me, so I enjoyed seeing them in person in their very cool mirror-and-air-plant-lined shoe hallway. Everybody was friendly to us. Not all of the items were my cup of tea, but liked a lot of it and thought it was a well-curated store that'll really connect with a lot of people.

Just copped a pair of super fresh kicks from this spot and I’m seriously impressed. The selection was fire—everything trendy, unique, and tough to find. The vibe in the store was dope, and the staff was helpful without being pushy.

Side note: Big shoutout to the store manager, Cindy. You can tell she really lives and breathes sneaker culture. Her knowledge, passion, and energy are next level—it’s honestly just a matter of time before someone snatches her up for a bigger opportunity. She’s a star in the game.

If you’re into standout sneakers and top-tier service, this place is a must. I’ll definitely be back for the next drop.

These sweatpants from FEATURE are awesome. The fit is spot-on, not too loose or tight, and they’re so comfortable it’s hard to take them off. The fabric quality is top-tier and holds up great after washing.

Terrible customer service, I ordered a jacket, the next day the jacket was reduced by 30%, even though the order had not been processed, I was told they couldn’t apply the sale price….i then tried to cancel the order, even though UPS were not in possession of the item, again I was told this wasn’t possible. By far the worst customer service from any online retailer…..and I shop ALOT, will not be shopping here again….dreadful.
