Our last pick up was Jan 18, 2023. I have had to call WM almost every single day to find out when they are going to pick up our garage which has been sitting out on the road, piling up, and actually rolling down the road because of the wind or heavy trucks that drive by. I have called into customer service everyday for the past week to get my garage picked up. I've been told there are staff shortages, bad weather, or the trucks aren't working. Each new day, customer services tells me my garbage will be picked up the next day, and it never happens. I have had to escalate this problem to a "local manager" of which they don't call back until 24-48 hours after the initial request has been made. For me, that was Feb 1st, and I still have not received a call back from a local manager. Another thing I don't understand is this... I live on a blacktop road that is about 8-10 miles with multiple homes on it. Over the past week and a half, when driving down this road, I don't see any other garage out on the road for my neighbors. Our garbage is the only one that hasn't been picked up. Why? If I had the option to switch providers, I would, but WM is the only company for my rural area. Don't do business with this company.

Website says nothing about not excepting out of county waste. Lady was rude and sent me 45 minutes away to a landfill farther from the address materials came from than this landfill.

I've been there only a few times. Friendly helpful staff. Information, Assistance and Direction is what you will get there. Tax dollars we'll spent.
