I brought 2 pieces of art to be framed in February 2022. They said the timeframe would be 2 weeks. I got one back after a month. The matting had imperfections. The second one...after several visits to the store, lots of follow up calls, lots of unreturned calls...I finally received it after 9 months. Yep, 9 months. I had to call a friend of theirs who runs his own frame store in Calabasas (I should have just gone there to begin with) to help me get my artwork back. The owners are very nice, but they need to get their act together.

These two wonderful gentlemen were the biggest blessing of my day! I went in to have the glass on a picture frame replaced. Though they were with a customer, I was acknowledged right away (as all businesses should do). I was there in total about ten minutes and at the end, was not even charged! How many times do we get something at no charge these days? I don't care if it was 5.00 or 50.00, they just left such a great impression on me and I will return.

I've had a few things framed here over the years, and they are great. The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. They help you with suggestions or let you look yourself. Theres no pressure, and they are kind when you spend forever looking. They have a big variety of frames by style, color, material, and price.

I went in to this great store.... Bill helped me... I needed a wire put on a mirror... He had a few minutes; and was able too do it right then and there... Besides being a very nice person; he knows what he's doing.....Very accommodating ...I felt like I had known him forever...His partner was great too...
They do things right, not half assed....
I highly recommend Fast Frames... YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED ... I will definitely be back; and telling ALL my friends🙏🏻

The best service possible! I brought in 3 pieces thinking that I will just get them framed the same way. Bill was able to show me different options so that not only where my pieces preserved for the future, but each were done differently to highlight the uniqueness within the pieces (Who knew you could "float" a piece of art within a frame?!). Every one asks me how I came up with that way of framing, I always send them to Bill. The best!

Excellent quality. The owner, who does 99% of the framing himself will take the time to explain what products he will use for your print, canvas, mirrors, etc. And he explains why. I love this about this location. He explained why he'd use an acid free backing, yada yada for a piece of work he did. I was impressed. Referrals have come back and told me they were pleased also!
