Poor communication, inconsistent policies. Sellers beware!
Brought in a number of homecoming and prom dresses. Was told to pick them up in 30 days or they would be donated. I called before 30 days and they told me actually it would be 90 days and they would call me to get the dresses that didn’t sell after prom. No one ever called. I called multiple times, once a lady said I wouldn’t get anything I brought in back because ‘they have too many people who consign, they don’t have time.’ Around 90 days I went in and they only had one of the ten dresses I brought in, but apparently I had not sold anything. So where are my dresses? Very disorganized and unprofessional. Kicking myself for trying to support local when I should have gone to Plato’s. One of the dresses they ‘lost’ was brand new with tags from Anthropologie. I loved this place years ago. They must have different management. SMH

Lori has a wonderful and just charming store filled with all kinds of treasures and always a sale or good deal going on. She is very customer focused and accommodating. I also buy from her amazing line of Fusion Mineral paints too. Love this lovely local store!!!
