Had an Awesome time here this morning. Maria was very helpful and friendly. She took interest in my needs and went out of her way to accommodate my needs. They had some rare Hotwheels I don’t really see in stores. They also had some FAO Schwartz exclusives like the cool rocket ship candy dispenser I couldn’t fit in my luggage. Definitely worth checking out. It’s the only location I’ve seen outside of New York. Probably best to ask about possible shipping options or visit again on your return flight if possible to take full advantage of the larger items available you may like. Be sure to clarify what the return options are since it sits in the airport behind security checkpoints. This is located inside Terminal 5. Terminal 5 is accessible even if you’re flying out of another terminal. Just ask what the best way to get there is from TSA and/or airport operations representatives.

FAO Schwartz also has an online store you can see and order many of their high end items you really don’t find at other toy stores and many are exclusive to FAO Schwarz.

FAO Schwartz is known for its great toys and I love their stores. However this particular one only has a handful of its own toys and the rest of its selection is just a common low-quality stuff. But I guess this is more or less expected from the airport stores, unfortunately.

Such a cool toy store in Terminal 5! From stuffed animals to toy electric guitars, backpacks and books, this store is full of a kid's dreams. Even as an adult I enjoyed coming inside and looking around. Highly recommend if you are at this terminal and have extra time.

DO NOT order from them. They charge a crazy amount for shipping and then I accidentally autofilled my old address when checking out and realized IMMEDIATELY, so when I contacted customer service Vanessa told me she was able to correct the address since it hadn't been shipped yet. Come to find out, the two most expensive items in my order were not corrected and ended up shipping to the previous address that was provided. When I reached out, their coordinator Gabi, told me that Vanessa did her best and that I'm basically SOL. TERRIBLE experience and never ordering from them again!!!

The shop is a beautiful array of different intriguing toys of all ages. However, as my 8 & 9 year old respectfully and quietly browsed the sales associate treated them like they do not know the value of items. My son even noticed the rudeness to say she was rude and mean. The actions made me want to walk out of the store and not spend a dime in the store. My children are avid travelers and know how to conduct themselves in any store. Not to mention as their mother is standing literally centimeters away from them watching each move. I was disappointed by the sales associates behavior toward my children. I am Not speaking about the women with short brown hair.

DO NOT purchase from this company!!! Their customer service is terrible. They sold me a product that was broken and wouldn’t send the part that was broken because it had been more than 15 days since the purchase. It is a product that required assembly and that takes time to assemble….so 15 days is super short time to report. I feel scammed pretty much.
