This store is inside the Hemet valley Mall The hours are 10:00 to 7:00 daily. they have a good selection of Funko pops and other stuff. the directions are misleading regarding the store they're inside the mall check them out pretty big selection

The customer service was good; however, the quality of the toys/collectibles and plushies is very low. Went in on Sunday and bought a small plushie and a Pokémon item. The Pokémon toy/item broke on that same Sunday as my son was trying to open it. The stitching came undone on the plushie on Wednesday. For the price, they should have better quality products. We spent over $60 on these two items and the fact that they didn’t last a week is unacceptable.

Way too over priced! I’ve been going to the store for several months now, Hoping that the prices will drop but they never do. I went in there today to find a Flareon plushy and when I saw that it was $45 I almost laughed. The worker saw that I was annoyed by the price and said everything ships from Korea that’s why it’s so expensive, that’s an outrageous excuse for having a small to medium sized plushy being almost at $45. They have a Jolteon plushy there for the same price. I found the exact same plushy at a swap meet that was in the exact same plastic storage bag for $15 there is nothing different about these two plushy’s. They have the same tags the same sewing and even come from the same manufacturer, the thing that annoys me is that he tried to use the overseas shipping to justify the outrageous price. Why is it that someone at a swap meet that has the exact same plushy from the exact same manufacturer is selling it at $15 and they’re selling it for Near $45. i’ll post a picture of the Jolteon I got at the swap meet for $15, it is literally the exact same thing they’re trying to sell to you at their store for $43.99, I wanna make one thing clear the seller at the swap meet didn’t just have this one. Their entire stand is dedicated to plushy’s all brand new never used in the plastic bag it was shipped in.
Edit as of 7-11-23: I just found something even worse about the store. They’ve had a 24 inch Eevee plush for around I believe I saw it for $90-$110. I got the exact same plushy at target across the street for $50. This just reinforces how much this store inflates their prices the fact that an 8” plushy at their store cost as much as a 24” plushy in another store is outrageous, and the fact that the plushy’s they’re selling are more than likely bootleg, if I can find the exact same plushy at a swap meet in the exact same shipping bag with the same manufactures tag and sewing that means they’re not selling authentic Pokémon plushy’s as you’ve seen in the photo I shared in my review. If you go into the store and compare it they’re the exact same plushy. Sewing, manufactures tag, and even the exact same cheap little plastic bag that the other plushies are in. I had pictures of the tag. In this update to reinforce my statement that they are the exact same plushy.

I wish I could give less then 1 star. This fn store, manipulated my 12 yr old into spending his money(little over $100). Promising him that if he invested his money into rare, exclusive items that he could then sell them and at the very least triple his money. Of course this FN store has a no refund policy and when I tried to get in touch with the owner, I called the number provided to me several times at different times of the day and different days of the week, and he has never picked up once. I hope these people know that there is a special place in hell for people who take advantage of kids.

Oh, and I just verified that the item my son bought is a knock off

I love this store!! So many cute plushies, sanrio, anime and kpop! It is expensive but It has all the offical merch, no fakes!!

Such a great store full of Anime products, Stuffed Animals, Squishies, Funko Pops, Hello Kitty, Kuromi, and so much more. Highly recommend you stop in and check it out.
