This place sucks. Counselors don’t stay and you get bounced around like a yo yo. Can’t build any relationship with a counselor AT ALL. Because one week you’re with a counselor next they are leaving and finding you a new one. I have been there less than 6 months and this will be my third counselor that I am on. So DO NOT GO HERE AVIOD THIS PLACE THEY SUCK. I would leave a ZERO IF I COULD THEY DON’T EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR.

They were very kind. They were extremely understanding and were willing to explain things to me and answer all of my questions. They also had some gift s. It was very good and very calming to be there especially during a stressful situation. They were really there when I needed them. And I am grateful.

Son has been on the waiting list for over a year and a half. They matched him after one year and his "big brother" wouldn't respond at times or follow through so they terminated his position. Its unfortunate that my son, who has suffered socially because of his dyslexia, has to be put off so long. Not only that but, get his hopes up high when he was matched to be let down once again. I don't receive anything from them lately so i think they just stopped all communication. I can tell you that my daughter went through the big brother big sister program in Lake County and it can be a great program if it is done right.
