Always great flowers! Been getting flowers from them for close to a decade. After removing some dead stems and changing the water, the arrangement is still beautiful on day 6 when the lilies really open up.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Fairview Flowers for same-day delivery to celebrate the birth of my first son. Not only was I shocked I could get a same-day delivery, but I couldn't be happier with the arrangement.

The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with care, creating a beautiful decoration for our hospital room that exceeded my expectations. They even freshened the room with their light smell.

What's more, the price was incredibly reasonable for the quality of the bouquet I received. Fairview Flowers truly goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service and gorgeous floral arrangements at an affordable price. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a quick yet breathtaking floral delivery especially if you’re at Emory Decatur, they’re right across the street and are the same company that creates premade arrangements for the gift shop.

I purchased the "deluxe" version of the Designer's Choice arrangement, which is a higher price point than your "standard" arrangement. I usually always trust a florist in making their own beautiful bouquets, which is why I went with the Designer's Choice. Plus, I loved that this was a family owned business. Unfortunately, the bouquet that was delivered was quite disappointing. I paid $80 for just the arrangement alone, but in my opinion they looked like a $40 arrangement. See the picture that I posted and maybe you'll share the same opinion.

The day after the flowers were delivered, I was prompted by an automated email to provide feedback on my experience. Before providing feedback, I called the flower shop and left them a voicemail about my disappointment in the arrangement and how the card that was supposed to be included went missing. Right after I left that voicemail, I moved forward with providing feedback through the automated email they sent. Uncertain of where my comments would be posted, I later discovered they were automatically published to their website.

I did appreciate the return phone call minutes later after leaving my review (on the site). She was a very nice lady that listened to my concerns. However, due to the fact that I submitted a negative review on their site, she mentioned that at THAT point, there was nothing they could do to make the order right. I guess that's the florists' decision/policy, and they have that right to.

I strongly believe that A) A florist can choose to make an order right at any time they choose. They could provide either another delivered arrangement or a full or partial refund and B) A customer should be able to update their review at any time on a website (just like you can on Amazon, Google or Yelp).

Because this flower arrangement didn't meet my expectations, and because of the fact it was for a dear childhood friend of mine that was having brain surgery, I'm choosing to order another flower arrangement...from a different florist.

These guys are great! I missed the dead line trying to get flowers delivered the same day, so I called and they were still able to deliver the flowers on time. My wife loved it and so if she’s happy I’m happy. Thanks guys you were awesome!

Not worth the price. I would not order from here again. The delivery was super fast (which is very important for a sympathy arrangement), but the flowers themselves were very disappointing. $130 (+$15 for delivery) for their most expensive "Designer's choice sympathy arrangement" got me a half a dozen white roses, three sprigs of oriental lilies, and a dozen chrysanthemums. All in, that is a serious up-charge for (generously) $20 worth of flowers.

Perhaps this issue could have been avoided if there was an explanation on their website about what is included in each tier of bouquet options. I called after I saw what was delivered, hoping there had been a mistake. Nope. They stand by their work. So, in the future, I will look for a different florist.
