Can’t recommend this store enough. Always a fun selection of games and Pokémon Saturdays are so welcoming. Exceptional customer service from Zac in particular who taught us TCG.

I called the Fair Game DG store to verify an item in stock listed online. A older Kickstarter I missed out on. It was a very big one. Dan at the store was very helpful and made sure they had it still. I placed my order online and in like 3 days I received my 3 huge packages and 55.7lbs of game! The amount of excitement I had is only measurable explained by how I felt as a kid at Christmas. It was everything I wanted. I am still excited writing this review. Everything came exactly as it would have right from Kickstarter! Price was not set well within the reasonable side and even shipping those 3 huge boxes was fair.

Unfortunately, I live about 7+ hours away or I would feequent this store. Having something like a Kickstarter top pledge item in stock well after it was over, well I could only imagine the fun things in their stores. If you live around these folks go buy stuff. Or if you see something instock on their online store. Buy it! 10/10 will check here again for rare items.

I live in Texas, and they had a specific Warhammer box that’s out of print and has been hard for me to find available to order online. They shipped it out to me quickly and with no issue at all. I will 100000% be buying from them again, and if I’m ever i Illinois will be going out of my way to stop by!

That guy Duke working around 4:30 is totally rude, lol. He kept trailing and staring me and my dad down like we were gonna ruin or steal something. Snapped at me, too. Go to Lagrange location instead. Never met anyone rude there. Much nicer as well.

Love this place. The staff are very friendly and they know their stuff. It's nice because there's a "demo wall" with a bunch of open games so you can try before you buy. (That is if there's nothing going on - like D&D, MTG, Pokemon, etc) They have a good selection and if you don't see what you want they'll see if they can order it for you. They also have other locations so sometimes it could be there. Point is, they will work with you to hopefully find what you are looking for. My friends and I are very happy to support them.
