Fantastic Shopping Experience at Fab’rik Tuscaloosa!

We had a wonderful experience shopping at Fab’rik in Tuscaloosa! Elizabeth went above and beyond to help my daughter find the perfect dress and sandals. She was so cheerful, patient, and genuinely cared about making our shopping experience enjoyable. It was refreshing to have someone so kind and attentive assist us. The store had a great selection of stylish clothing, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. I highly recommend Fab’rik, especially if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a great shopping experience. We will definitely be back!

I agree with most of the comments about this store and the rude employees bc I just left this store empty handed bc for the most part I, a middle aged woman who doesn’t really look her age, was completely ignored as they enthusiastically greeted the younger customers. I looked past the behavior and browsed through the sales rack and as I walked away one sales lady had the nerve to ask me if I was looking at the dresses for my daughter. I just laughed it off but the more I thought about it the more upset I got. That’s truly rude and disrespectful to assume anything about potentially paying customers and they should know better.

My wife and daughters came in to Fabrik and worked with Kimberly. She was amazing and got them taken care of quickly. I went in today to get something for my wife and again Kimberly was there. She was phenomenal! Super friendly and helpful. It is clear she enjoys her job and looks forward to helping people. I highly recommend this place and Kimberly!!

Seriously need to do something about the customer service! I’m guessing they only provide customer service to certain demographic?! I walked in & around the store & two ladies working there did not acknowledge me at all! A few minutes later a group of Caucasian ladies walked in & they were “Hello - let me know if you need some help” I walked out - nothing! It’s sad because I actually saw some things I wanted to buy, but I was absolutely not about to give them my business after the poor service!

Bad customer service given to my daughter today. An Employee made a comment about her size when she wanted to try an item on. My daughter had bought clothes from them in that size without a problem. She left the store feeling bad about her weight. Comment was uncalled for.

Favorite store for everything! Gameday, work attire, date parties, etc. The employees are always helpful picking out clothes and greeting me warmly.

If I could give 0 stars I literally would. The employees that I saw today were silently judging to the MAX. Immediately wanted to leave. So uncomfortable.
