I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for your fabric needs!!
It's my favorite fabric store in Los Angeles!
They carry a wide variety of different fabrics to choose from, in an almost endless amount of colors and styles!

The owner, Jacob Saparzadeh is amazing!!
He's extremely kind & will work with my budget for my project.
He's there during the day or afternoons.

The manager, Carlos Lopez, is so kind and knowledgeable with the product selection of the store! He'll find the exact fabric for your project!

A fun tip: they have a really fun scraps bin that has a random selection of scraps and partials of really fun and interesting fabrics that are reminis of other people's projects and you can get a really good deal if you need a small amount of fabric for a craft or design project!
It's located behind the sewing area towards the front left of the store.

It’s really unfortunate that they do not have a restroom for their customers.
For someone like myself that has a small bladder, busy running errands, drinks lots of water, and can spend a good amount of time in here (since they have so many amazing fabrics), it would be nice to have access to a restroom.
Instead of wasting my time and going to Whole Foods or peeing in an alley.

Nonetheless they have lots of fabrics and little trinkets for sewing 🧵
Helpful and kind staff that you can ask anything.

When we lost Lincoln Fabrics a few years ago, I was definitely in mourning for a long time. There are so few unique fabric stores left, and I don't like the atmosphere of Joanne's, but that was the only alternative. I was told by a friend to visit Fabric Planet and I am THRILLED to have found this gem of a store on the westside! Gorgeous and unique fabric, trims of every color and style, loads of buttons, zippers, and any other notion you might need. Foam and batting of all types, and a wonderful box of remnants. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff and just a very cool and comfortable place to explore and imagine the possibilities of your creative self.
