I came here to get eye glasses with my insurance. The first time it was 5:30. They close at 6. I did pick out two cool pair of blue tortoise frames. There was a very large selection.

I made an appointment on Saturday to come back. However, only one of my frames was available.

I needed to find a second pair. There was a very large selection and price range. I liked one frame I tried on, but it was $800. Out of my budget. I found a nice second pair of reading glasses for $200.

I was told I would be charged $65 for rush same day glasses. I went to Home Goods to shop and when I returned both pairs of my eyeglasses were ready. I had to take some more vision tests for insurance.

The store was clean and pleasant. I asked and was told the return policy is 30 days.

When I made my appointment, I thought this would just be a utilitarian visit, rushing in to get a prescription for new contacts before my vision insurance lapsed. I didn’t expect to have my life changed. I answered all of the medical history exam questions like I have for my whole life, ready to just be in and out, but it seems like Dr. Walia was maybe the first person to ever really listen. I thought it was normal (or the best that could be hoped for with my strong prescription) to have bad night vision, eye fatigue and strain, and to hate wearing contacts. Dr. Walia immediately noticed markers for double vision in my answers, and took the time to explain his theory and test me for it. When he put me in CORRECT corrective lenses and then had me read a sentence off a piece of paper, it was so shocking to be able to see clearly for the first time in probably ten years that I CRIED. It felt like my whole brain relaxed. I couldn’t believe it. He’s good at what he does and clearly loves doing it. He’s been nothing but patient and kind and encouraging with the medical side and when I got a bit of sticker shock at the cost of my new glasses, he worked with me to find a financially comfortable solution, with no pressure. I recommend him and his business with the utmost enthusiasm!

One of the best optometrists I've ever gone too. Eight years ago Dr. Jag gave me a prescription that to this day has given me near perfect vision. I went again recently and Dr. Jag knocked it out of the park. The customer service is bar none the best I've ever seen. Dr. Jag explains all of the costs, and gives you a detailed exam. He is a kind and compassionate man who cares about his patients. He goes above and beyond and puts his heart into every patient. I would not hesitate to go to him again. This is the only place to visit - they are hands down above all the other stores. Only visit them.

Echoing the sentiments of other reviewers, i completely agree that Dr. Jag Walia is the best in the business. I’m thrilled with my experience. Prior to seeing Dr. Wales, I’ve seen many doctors who could never get my prescription quite right. It all changed after Dr. Walia. He was so thorough in is eye exam and I’m happy to say I can see perfectly now. Everything is seamless at his office and a quick turn around time for anything you need. I’m recommending friends and family especially those with a tricky prescription. You can’t go wrong with Dr. Walia. I’m so so glad to have found him.
