Ordered a silver engraved pen with box. The box was really nice with initials. $59.00 the pen wrote about 3 words and quit writing and literally fell apart. Tried to call the phone keeps ringing with no answer

I had a large, complicated group order of the Personalized flask kits and was pleasantly surprised with the overall craftsmanship as well as the intricate engravings on each flask. I was assisted by Pete and he was incredibly helpful at resolving one simple misspelling that was made on my behalf. They even got the replacement to be before my deadline. Amazing products and better customer service. Would highly recommend for thoughtful gifts.

I purchased a pen set for my brother-in-law and unfortunately when it arrived there was no engraving on the pen, when there should've been, and the engraving style on the box was incorrect. I contacted this company via a phone message and email on Christmas Eve. They got back to me that day and were gracious enough to send a completely new pen set. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone. This is not typical customer service...

There are few companies out there that will stand behind their products, this company is one of them.

My wife bought me a stainless steel flask with an engraving for Christmas. Shortly after, for whatever reason it began to rust. It happens, I usually take care of my items but its possible I left some remaining moisture on it.

I contacted Executive Gift Shop to find out what could be done. Pete was amazing. He immediately sent out a replacement flask WITH engraving. No questions asked. The only company I have ever encountered that does that is Zippo so I put these guys up there with them.

I highly recommend this company.

This company is completely incredible. I was kind of skeptical about ordering a gift online without seeing it. After I placed the order I realised I wanted to add more engraving to the item. By the time I figured this out the company was closed for the day. I sent an email in hopes that someone would read it. The next morning I got an email back from one of the employees stating everything was taken care of. I received the product way earlier than I anticipated and everything was perfect. I will definitely be buying more products from them

I ordered a personalized money clip for my dad for Christmas. The option I chose was a gold clip with initials. I requested in the description that it be silver if possible and to add more engraving than the description stated was allowed for this specific piece. I thought it would be a long shot, but worth asking. While I was never given a response, the joy I let out when I opened my package was indescribable. My dad is a very picky person and the most difficult person to shop for. When I saw all of my requests met, I was so excited. There is no doubt that he will love this gift and the personal touches added that this company did not have to do. They could have easily said “sure, but it will be an added cost”. Instead, I paid the regular price and was given something that will be cherished for years to come. I will absolutely be coming to them in the future!

I ordered this for my dad to give to him on my Wedding day. I was a bit slow in ordering and Executive Gift Shoppe guaranteed they would get it to me on time and it came a day earlier than I expected. The engraving was perfect! I don't think it's meant to hold a picture, but I was able to cut one and stick it in the watch. The gift brought tears to my dad's eyes. Thank you for great service!

I ran into some issues with duties and taxes on the original shipment and it could not be delivered to the receiver. After I discussed this with Executive Gift shoppe, they were highly understanding of this situation and turned my disappointment into a happy moment with their exceptional customer service and offered a replacement shipment to be sent out. Totally recommended 🙂
