This store is amazing and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Ed was extremely knowledgeable about games new and old and was onvle of the nicest people to deal with. I won't go anywhere else just came to visit and stopped in on our anniversary this will be my go to game connection from here forward. Nothing beats family business. I love going to ETC, I don't go anywhere else for my video game needs.
Ed is the most honest when it comes to games and he is VERY knowledgeable about just everything and is the nicest guy.
I remember a while ago I went there and bought a ps3 but when I got home it didn't work so I went back in and ed went home and got his personal one and gave it to me.
I HIGHLY recommend ETC!

I have purchased many items from this store when it was Game Traders and now to ETC Video. Ed has been wonderful to us for many years and never once have I been ripped off. I have always gotten amazing prices and he still remembers who is loyal customers are even if he hasnt seen us in years.
If I need something returned he will do it, wanna play it before you buy, he will do it!
I highly advise if you are looking for a game store that sells the new and old to go here!

Like others have mentioned, the staff here is incredibley helpful and knowledgeable. Ed always goes the extra mile to offer fair prices for trade-ins, as well as great conversation.

If you're a gamer, ETC carries it all (games from any console generation, consoles, handhelds, game guides, and more). They also have a large used DVD inventory; all of which is priced very fairly.

I cannot recommend ETC enough; do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Love this little gem of a store! Ed is always willing to help find what we are looking for if he doesn't already have it. His prices are much better than the chain stores and he is very informative when I have questions about something my kid requests!!!
