I have given my daughter flowers for Valentine's Day since she was born. She moved across the country last summer for college and I was worried over having to pick a random place to take care of this tradition for me. I could not be happier with how beautiful the flowers she received were. Price was great, delivery was perfect, bouquet was amazing, and I will definitely be using you again in the future. My daughter sent me flowers for Christmas, which I know cost her around $100 and not 72 hours later. The roses are dying in the flower arrangement. My daughter doesn’t have a lot of money so I will tell her not to send flowers through Eric’s flower shop anymore. Costco flowers last a lot longer.

A rep from Eric’s call me today about my flower arrangement and said they were sorry about the flowers and were sending me a new one😊 so glad they care about their product!! Five star!

Ordered a succulent arrangement. Wanted a living plant but low maintenance. Friend received a lovely floral arrangement but not what I wanted. Called 1 800 flowers n they gave me the disclaimer that noted that alternative could b used if necessary
Called Eric’s directly (I had photos of what was ordered n what was sent) and they sent out a more appropriate arrangement. From now on I will just call them directly. Great customer service. I had called and left a message and they called me back. I was very impressed

My brother and I live on the east coast and could not make it to Tucson to see our mom for her birthday. The day before the bouquet was scheduled to deliver, I called to make sure everything was in order. The woman on the phone was super kind and assisted in finding my order. She confirmed with me what time I needed them delivered and assured that I had nothing to worry about.
They delivered on time and my mom was so happy with the arrangement. The flowers were fresh and vibrant and it was a great surprise for my mom. Thank you to the florists who were able to create such a beautiful arrangement.

My daughter bought these for my birthday. This is exactly how they came. I told my daughter about it. She called and they gave her a whopping 6.00 back. In two days they were completely dead. I wouldn’t recommend. Look how dark and old the water is as well.

I had to miss a friends birthday party and decided to send her flowers. I found Eric's Flower Market online and perused their website. After trying to decide between a number of beautiful bouquets, I chose one and ordered it. The whole process was super easy. On the day of the party they were delivered at the one time the whole day no one was home. They were stolen from the front porch, and my friend didn't receive them. This was not the fault of Eric's. They were under no obligation to do anything, but they did. After I alerted them to the situation, they took it upon themselves to send another bouquet to my friend. When my friend received them, she messaged me how beautiful they were and how good they smelled. The arrangement looked just like the photo on their website. I value good customer service. I don't often need to send flowers, but when I do, I wouldn't hesitate to patronize Eric's Flower Market again.

I needed a spectacular flower arrangement on the morning of my 15th Anniversary. The squad at Eric’s Flower Market produced this masterpiece in 30 minutes while I enjoyed a cup of coffee at Raging Sage next door. PRICELESS!!! I will never purchase flowers anywhere else in Tucson again.

Took a gig work job helping this place out with deliveries and I would strongly NOT recommend giving them your business. They rip off their drivers, they pay less than minimum wage and don’t cover fuel expenses and you’re expected to keep your car running with AC on the whole time. Moreover the “designer”, don’t even know her name as she never introduced herself, is extremely rude and condescending. Personally I think the quality of her “designs” is awful. I live in the neighborhood and thought I would help them out over Mother’s day and make a little extra money. Horrible experience. Don’t do business with these people. Yuck!
