Edit: shortly after this review was posted I received tracking for my item and it was delivered. The item was exactly as described and brand new. Changed my rating to 3 stars since the item ended up coming.
I placed an order and once payment was processed, communication ceased. Impossible to get on the phone and emails aren’t replied to. Seems suspect
